Sir, I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I have been doing stupid crunches with my feet under a chair and sometimes move side to side to try and work the sides of my abs... I have been doing this for 2 weeks and my results are out of this WORLD!! I am absolutely amazed and I look so damn good I have so much more self confidence. All I needed was to tone and wow I'm going to keep doing this for a long time. Those bicycle kicks at the end really help... Thank you!!
Its not about gettin a six pac, its about buildin the core. Do thes workout for about 2weeks then move on. Look at crossfit workouts if you want results.
dude i did this workout 2 years ago and never thanked you for it, i did it everyday for 2 months and it helped me build a solid 8 pack. i just had to make one adjustment. Instead of the "circles" i incorporated the Russian Twist because it helped activate the obliques better.

I used to do 200 crunches daily, but a month ago I switched to this routine and my ab definition has gotten MUCH better. I like this routine a lot better to because it adds variety and gives you better core strength. Thanks a lot!
hey makingthebest09... this might be a little confusing but at 1:30 on your video i was wondering which side would work what side of your abs because one side of my lower abs is more defined than the other so i need more work in that area. when im looking down at my abs, my left lower abs need more work. so can you tell me which arm to what leg i should be doing more. thanks
@clickthesebluewords If it's the lower part I think the leg raises, or "x-ups" or whatever you call them would be best, but do it more with your left leg i guess. Don't quote me on this though.
Thank you for making this video and the others as well. I used to do sit ups like three times a week, but didn't notice any /major/ results and they put crazy strain on my lower back. This workout is painful, but in the fat burning way, not the straining my back way. xD

@AlexJonesHCMS You will only have 'Tight ripped abs' if you aid workouts with the right nutrition, keep up your workouts on alternate days and you incorporate cardio workouts to your week.
@bamhars yes you can... but you don't have to do all of that to build the muscle... really just doing a few moves every other day and watching your starchy carb intake around your daily cardio...is most important...
hey @makingthebest09 i haven't been doing all of this, but i realised that all the sit up i've been doin just moved my stomach fat down over my lower abs and it loox horrible, my boss told me about this rocking chair exercise and that together with the crunch n rock combination, normal leg raises really helped. . . . .4 about 2weex, i've increased the reps from 30 a set up to 70 now, but i just can't get any after burn. . . .oh and recently i've started running out of air a lot, u hava diet pls?

hey, i have been doing this routine along with (Build Chest Muscle Fast) for the past 2 weeks, and i really love the way it burns my abs, its amazing how much its targets fires it up.
however, i was wondering, am i suposed to do the whole ab set in 1 shot, or take pauses between sets, and if there is such a thing as doing too much. you said we should do this like 3 times a week.

@MultiNerve anyone who gives you a straight answer is lying to your face. bodyfat has to do with your diet and your exercise routine. body fat doesn't burn away from just one area of your body and stay on others, it doesn't work that way. you gotta burn more calories than you take in to lose weight, simple as that. how long would it take do get a sick pack if you didn't eat any food at all and worked out 23 hours a day? probably only a couple of days!!!! but that would be stupid.

Heyy! I have a question. As seen in the video, you hold your feet up with your knees bent. I can't hold them up for the whole workout. I figured it would be fine if I rested them in between reps, but I am picky and I want to keep them up the whole time. So, the question here is; Can I possibly put an exercise ball or chair to hold my feet/legs up, or would that screw up the whole thing? Please answer!
@MegaDJAllison yes use something under the legs or just keep the legs down... add more difficulty when you no longer feel the burn...use the other clips as welll:)

@thejones51 you can do this every other day or whenever you are not too sore... take note of when you are not feeling the moves anymore...start trying more of my more recent ab clips... this was the very first clip I ever made.~ahmad

I'm 16 years old, have a "thin" layer of fat over my burning abs. I do workouts somewhat similar to this but, the way he holds his legs up the entire time, really adds on. But I can not really do the circless.. I "think" belly dancing can somewhat replace that part.. All in all this is a great helpfull video :)

dont do the abs every day cause your muscles grow bigger when they are resting.

@charliboy15 if you have a layer of fat and you want to burn it you should run to.keep doing abs workouts but not everyday so your body won't get use to it.
I was in the middle of the second exercise and something fell off my sock into my eye. Digging stuff out of your eye can really eat away at your workout time so if you have hard floors that need to be swept remember to take off your socks beforehand.
@NJxSkimx33 you should, but not as much..since you do not have tons of fat covering your abs... begin focusing on ways to increase the burn...using hand weights and ankle weights help....~ahmad

This routine is great, but doing the right ab exercises is just ONE PART of the equation…
The real key to getting abs is getting a low enough body fat percentage. And you do that by doing cardio, eating right and developing ALL the major muscle groups so they burn fat.
If you want abs you should take a look at the video in my channel on how to lose fat and get abs.
@hajarisawesome depends on the amt of fat aroundd ur abdominal area... good cardio wiill burn it off, the exercies help tone and define... abs are hard to work so u have to stay consistent. Im no expert but its what I know

@zierky you need diet with workout, not just workout. Eat proper, and you will see results. Proper doesnt mean few.

Ahmed, i have been working out for a month, i dont see to much results besides feel alot harder in most of my muscle areas, im not complaining about the result but i was wondering i my 2nd month of workout (currently iam 5-11 152pd about 16% body fat) if i should run more so lose my belly fat or lift weights more intense. i want my chest and abs to look like yours, plz help me! thanks.

@thejones51 you can do this every other day or whenever you are not too sore... take note of when you are not feeling the moves anymore...start trying more of my more recent ab clips... this was the very first clip I ever made.~ahmad

Ok, if i do all of these plus 40 push ups every night for like 100 days, will i lose weight and get even a little shredded? of course i eat ridiculously healthy, i get cardio, i work out other times during the day, and i maintain a healthy lifestyle. but would these plus pushups everynight for like 100 nights make me a different person?

I have a question! In your easy ab workout for the lower abs I saw you say to hold your lower abs like you have to go to the bathroom. Can this be applied to this workout as well. I have already found that amazing tip to be useful in another ab workout I do and I am seeing fast and great results. I look a lot more toned and lean and healthy. Thanx!

I'm 16 years old, have a "thin" layer of fat over my burning abs. I do workouts somewhat similar to this but, the way he holds his legs up the entire time, really adds on. But I can not really do the circless.. I "think" belly dancing can somewhat replace that part.. All in all this is a great helpfull video :)

dont do the abs every day cause your muscles grow bigger when they are resting.
i used to do it and i havent seen any results , a friend told me that and now i have the best 6 pack abs that all girls love and im only 14 and a half. If you do theabs on monday do on wednesda and then on friday, do day yes day no

@charliboy15 if you have a layer of fat and you want to burn it you should run to.keep doing abs workouts but not everyday so your body won't get use to it.

I was in the middle of the second exercise and something fell off my sock into my eye. Digging stuff out of your eye can really eat away at your workout time so if you have hard floors that need to be swept remember to take off your socks beforehand.

This routine is great, but doing the right ab exercises is just ONE PART of the equation…
The real key to getting abs is getting a low enough body fat percentage. And you do that by doing cardio, eating right and developing ALL the major muscle groups so they burn fat.
If you want abs you should take a look at the video in my channel on how to lose fat and get abs.

@hajarisawesome depends on the amt of fat aroundd ur abdominal area... good cardio wiill burn it off, the exercies help tone and define... abs are hard to work so u have to stay consistent. Im no expert but its what I know
