Doesn't matter. First two albums from Machine Head do not need to be explained. Burn My Eyes was a fucking masterpiece. The Burning Reds production fucking sucked (thank you Roadrunner) but the actual songs on it were still really good. I don't like Supercharger that much but there's some songs on it that really reach people. Read the lyrics to Machine Heads songs. They deal with important issues in society as well as personal issues with Robb and people he knows. I dont know what the fuck happ

I think the 1st album 1st and 2nd albums are decent sound but the rest is badass. Flynn doesn't have attitude. On Blackening he plays long melodic songs that bored. Vio-Lence is totally insane. Dave Maclain is a good drumer but machine head sound bored me.

Machine Head have released some good sonsg but in my opinion they did commit commercial suicide with their nu-metal/rap metal disaster records. True, Flynn sold the fuck out but unfortunate it is to say, he wouldn't be as well off as he is now if he stayed in Vio-lence.

Hmm, you seem like a nice person. Some of Slayer's stuff do resemble alot off of Vio-lence's first record, but the two last records is (to me) unlike anything I've ever heard. And no, I'm not just listening to the mainstream thrash like Anthrax and Megadeth...

Forbidden and Exodus is much more influenced by NWOBHM than Vio. And Kreator is almost at the boundry to death metal at times. Also Sean's vocals contribuate alot to seperate Vio from these other bands.
