hey hows that chini mini blender(quality-wise)? is it durable as in indian cooking we need something like that so often.....

    thx 1

  • This blender is great because you can blend a small amount as well as larger quantities (comes with a larger jar as well). Word of caution: it will not work for spices :(

Other than that just love it and love the size!

  • looks festive! is it party food? or too messy you think? cuz that's when i think i'd want to fix it : )

  • It's more like a snack. It's street food in india. You will find sold on carts. I prefer it the way my mother makes it though. It's a lot different then this recipe n requires toasting cumin and coriander, and no box pani puri masala or black salt. Black salt will make it smell like fart all over the house. It's the best I have tasted so far, honestly better then restaurant stuff and I m not just saying it cuz it's my mother:P

  • If you look under our you tube channel or on our website. We have a recipe.

  • thank u.......

  • great job guys!!thanks for doing all the hard work , i will surely make these soon .....yum yum :)

  • thanx

  • Thank you thank you thank you! I really appreciate seeing you work with 'raw' ingredients, like tamarind. I have it in concentrate, paste, puree, and brick and do not have confidence that I have developed a sense of how much to use.

Can this be used with other things, like rice or naan? Maybe pour some on rice, for a different taste? How about in a glass of lime aide, or perhaps over vanilla ice cream? :o
