@0610ankur : Yes, you can but Amchur has a little different taste. In short, you can use as a substitute but it will taste a little different but still good :)
hi I checked some recipes on ur website. They r good except for the beef used in them.Dont understand Y i hate beeef as food may be because I am an Indian.
Hello Ladies. There's only one question. I'm a mom and a career woman. How do you manage to cook and stay so slim too? Beats me. Show me some tips for that too. Great show. Keep it up ladies. Love your videos.
To the manufacturers of coffee grinders - please come to our country (india) there is a huge demand here - we want your lifestyle we want everything !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This blender is great because you can blend a small amount as well as larger quantities (comes with a larger jar as well). Word of caution: it will not work for spices :(
It's more like a snack. It's street food in india. You will find sold on carts. I prefer it the way my mother makes it though. It's a lot different then this recipe n requires toasting cumin and coriander, and no box pani puri masala or black salt. Black salt will make it smell like fart all over the house. It's the best I have tasted so far, honestly better then restaurant stuff and I m not just saying it cuz it's my mother:P
love your styles...the way u talk...ur recipes...

being a student far away from india...watchin ur recipes...makes me feel home :)

Hi. thanks for all ur videos , u guys are a joy to watch and listen to. well after watching this video i noticed u guys were a little sad or maybe tired in the begining.
Thank you thank you thank you! I really appreciate seeing you work with 'raw' ingredients, like tamarind. I have it in concentrate, paste, puree, and brick and do not have confidence that I have developed a sense of how much to use.
Can this be used with other things, like rice or naan? Maybe pour some on rice, for a different taste? How about in a glass of lime aide, or perhaps over vanilla ice cream? :o
tis anjula lady is awkward! less of da hand gestures plsssss!
