@ElvisFan1967 Thank you so very much for your very kind comment, I sure do appreciate all the wonderful comments people have giving me on my videos. George
Sharon really loved that house as did the previous tenant, Terry Melcher and Candice Bergen. So sad to see a beautiful home torn down. I understand that the owner of the property had trouble renting it or selling it due to it being the site of Sharon's murder so I can understand the interest in rebuilding. But, to put the monstrosity that replaced it is a disgrace. Thank you so much George for sharing this film and the photos you took of 10050 Cielo Drive when it was as Sharon made it, a home.
@mschierb1 Thank you for the beautiful comment. You are so right, she did love that house, and all the others as well, it is such a travesty what they did to that historic house. I miss it a lot. George
Thank you for posting this interesting video. I've seen other photos / info about this house, but your video helped bring to life the sense of the property itself, what a lovely home it was, and how it must have seemed to those who lived in it and spent happy days there before the tragedy.
@nobodyspoetjustme Thank you so much for your comment. I loved that house and very much miss seeing it when in LA. Thanks again for the wonderful comment.
@beapollen Thank you so much for your comment, I sure do appreciate all of them. I grew up in LA as well, I lived on 20 miles away for her house and I miss seeing it there when I am in LA. Thanks again for the comment. George
@SirFlodaReltih he is saying that what is indicated as a "ghost" is just an illusion created by spots on the grass and the markings on the house. This is displayed in other photos at the right angles.
Yes I have seen that, it could be just someone standing in the window while the photographer was snaping the picture. That is why I have never said anything about that one but I think it looks like Sharon as well. The other ones at the front of the house I truly believe are Ghost's, can you see the horse the Ghost is sitting on? Thanks for your comment. George
Thank you so much MM for telling me about the house and it's interior, you have a wonderful story to tell on Cielo Dr. I really apprreciate all your comments. George
@Ruckasman I have only a few of the back of the house. I posted them on my Flickr sight for you. Just go to ...Flickr.com my name on Flickr is Encanto_Sunland Thanks for the comments.
@GESgeorgie69 Thats great i cant thank you enough, I have been interested in this case since 1969, and made my first visit to Cielo Dr in 1972. took some photos of the gate area and could see the corner of the garage and across the parking area. I will have to se if i can find those photos so i can share them.
Cont: The hall was short and had sliding closed doors. The house still had some of the original furniture used in the 1960s. The bed that had been used by Miss. Folger was
up in the loft and unused. The kitchen was quite small by most standards but the dining room was very pleasant and a good size.
Lots of natural light. The split rail fence was still there in those days. All that is left now
Cont: The home was people sized and unpretentious unlike the homes of wealthy people today. It was quality built and human scaled. It had beautiful stonework and
on either side of the fireplace were small
built-in bookcases. It had a walk-in bar
and beautiful red broad floorboards. The
interior was painted white and there was a
baby grand piano at the far end. Also a desk. Just very tasteful. MM
to sleep myself. It was only a two bedroom house really and Rudy used the smaller front one while I used the main one with the french windows. The room at the far end off the utility room wasn't really a bedroom. In my mind's eye I can still see every square inch of that house.
Hello George - I took no photos out of respect but believe one still might exist somewhere of me in the living room. As I first stepped through the front door on a late afternoon around 1988 I felt I should not raise my eyes as I knew what had happened and it felt as if I were entering a church, a place that was calm and peaceful and required respect. I did become comfortable later and enjoyed the few visits I made there. Rudy had a big white husky dog called King he had saved from the pound
@PanAm812 Thank you so much for your comment on my video. Wow, Wow, Wow, I sure would like to meet you. I have been in love with Sharon and that house for a very long time. It also makes me sad as well knowing what we all have lost, did you ever take any photos of the house? I would love to talk more to you. georges3@cox.net
@leudrerrep I too have looked many times at the photo of the house and I saw there was a flaw in the photo but never though to much about it. One day I decided to photo-shop it to see if I could fix the flaw, I started to play with the color first and that is when I saw the image of a women. I do belive in Ghost's, don't know if it is Sharon but who knows.
Lovely video and perfect music. Thank you George!

There's a ghost at 1:56 too, the window to the right of the door. It looks like Sharon, to be perfectly honest

Cont: and he would leave the front door
wide open at night to let King go in and out.
That was a little unnerving and I would
have to close it so I could feel safe going
to sleep myself. It was only a two bedroom house really and Rudy used the smaller front one while I used the main one with the french windows. The room at the far end off the utility room wasn't really a bedroom. In my mind's eye I can still see every square inch of that house.

Rudy Altobelli, the owner of the home told
me that Sharon was not just beautiful but
beautiful in every way - how she used to
set out plates on the porch for all the stray
cats in the canyon. I had been working on
the neighbor's roof and was asked to look at his home. Rudy was very kind to me and I
spent weekends there when I came down
from Northern California. It was a beautiful home - Seeing it now in this small clip so
tastefully done makes me feel very sad for
them all - so very, very sad.
