Nice car, nice engine. These cars are very similar to Vauxhall/ Opel in shape except from the front, and as i can recall, Holden did take this car under their wings to create their own touch, right?

Anyway, it's a sweet car i wouldn't mind to own!

I've checked in Wiki and actually it's a rip off of the Commodore, the old Calais VB that is.

The Senator is also very similar to the old Opel Rekord, so it have to be like this.

But the modified/ improved design is all australian, and it was a good call.

ummm actually nissan wasnt going broke. The only reason the VL got the Rb30 because Holden's black motor could not reach the pending emission standards of the time. So Holden went to nissan for an engine to put in the VL..
