    -nelman20 ( Elder_Mark_Pride )

  • 3:49 Happyface :D

  • 9:10 that boom mic guys arms must be killing him

  • This deserves its own TV show, this is much to professional for a web series.

  • they got pretty legit stuff

  • What camera was used to film the web series??

  • Interesting, A LOT more goes into this than I thought. Much respect

  • i want a lead 'dust' job lmao

  • Can't wait for episode 4!

  • Didn't know a simple web series could be so professionally done.

  • @gusem I heard they had a bunch of donations that were given to them to make a series.

  • @gusem They had donations for the series (Possibly a Kickstarter project but I'm not too sure on that note) But they also have a sponsor for the series which will have added to the funding.

  • 1:21 More dust! More dust, I say! There can never be too much dust!

  • God! This is sooper high-end!

  • this looks way fun where do I sign up lol

  • I love being able to see this kind of things. :)

  • If you ever need a bunch of extras, just make the call.

We'd all give our left nut to be there.

  • what is your budget for each episode? or for the whole series?

  • Man i wish i could be part of this awesome crew.

  • the thumbnail for this video looks like they are on the moon

  • Wow this is very impressive! I like how u guys try to incorporate comedy like the game, but personally I would like to see some more serious stuff as well. Keep up the good work!

  • That's Ralis with the boom there at 8:13, isn't it? Lol.

  • I don't know how hard it would be, but you guys should make a bloody mess perk reference.

  • more tybee thunbs up!!!

  • @MPOEO people who are interested in the film making process, and not just the film watching process.

  • @MPOEO Everyone and anyone who likes what these guys do, people who make their own films get an insight of what its like on set, and its a little bit of extra stuff for the community. GO WAYSIDE!!!

  • @MikeWallSpartanA07

Who cares? are u hoping too be an extra or something? epic fail!

  • impressive equipement and crew for a "low budget" fan-made web series

  • @TheLastPrimor Apparently their Kickstarter donations have done well by them lately. They seem to have legit investors too.

  • I hate to sound like a creepy internet guy but she is gorgeous.

  • You should honestly cut these down. Pick out the good stuff, like the way you achieved the impressive shots.

  • @Shrankenhiemer Disagreed. Any behind the scenes has its share of the mundane as well as the exceptional. Those of us with an interest in film and producing want to see any of it we can. It's how it's done in professional circles, and it's how it's done here.

  • @awalkingecho

Professional circles at least add commentary or explanation of what they're trying to achieve. Seeing the same shot refilmed three times over is just a sign of lazy editing.

  • anyone else thought the preview pic was on the moon?

  • lol, so far all i've seen that lady do was broom dirt and throw dirt .... i wonder if thats her official job... dust girl

  • Person w/ the broom = Best job ever, lol.

  • Boring

  • hihi, the girl in the back during the intro :)

  • who funds all this?

  • @pil00t00 They ran a donation thingy on a website that's like Kickstarter. It's basically funded by donations of fans.

  • i want to be in a cave w/ tybee

  • nice

  • Is it wrong that for the first 20 seconds I wasn't listening, I was just noticing that Tybee is in the back? <3

  • Zack's fall back wasn't all that convincing in the final cut, but he's not a stuntman, so it's alright I suppose. If he could've jumped a bit higher maybe? Oh well, what's done is done lol

  • Seeing how much work went into making just one episode makes me appreciate this series all the more ;)

  • That dude that got show VATS mode is a good actor. Too bad you killed him off already. You should have him shot in VATS mode at the end of every episode.

  • 110 Degrees Pftftftft here in Texas it was that hot literally most of the summer. Oh and by the way GJ with the water Horrible job with the beer youll get dehydrated 10x faster drinking beer

  • looks like their getting a nice tan out there

  • Zack, you are ridiculously cute. That is all.

  • director: we need dust! you grab a broom and sweep the ground

  • Earthquake!

  • 4:48 Spider-man Action in back

  • I really love everything you guys are doing with this fallout web series! These behind the scenes video are awesome! Me likey Scar too! lol.

  • do a vid showing all the props like weapons and costumes

  • @FalloutFanSG7 indymogul did on for the original video

  • Ahhh the joys of boom oping

  • Ah, and loving it at 5:48 XD

  • I love how you guys get to walk around in the outfits. Do a lot of people recognize what you're doing when out in public?

  • best color correction Ive seen in a long time

  • The less clothes Tybee wears, the more people will watch the show, the more views you will get, the more well known the show will be come. Do the right thing WaysideCreations and everyone will win. Thank you.

  • Post-Production > Production

  • I seriously hope Red is going to be in the series :-)

  • @gietek

agree. I want to learn more about Redbecca

  • @oddworldoddworld: Red ftw. :). Tybee is cute. But Red reeks sex.

  • Can't tell if this makes me want to replay Fallout 3 or New Vegas over again.

Fuck it, I'll just replay both. Goodbye social life... again.

  • zack learn to jump man

  • Pretty great!

  • LOVE the picture-in-picture showing what the scene ended up looking like as we watched how it was shot. Hope to see more of that in the future (would have been cool for the VATS scene)

I don't know how many episodes are planned for this, but not only will I be watching them all, I'm looking forward to seeing more of these behind-the-scenes videos, too.

  • What was with the board in front of you guys when you three were behind the rocks discussing how twig is gonna distract the "raiders"?

  • @XXXvengence prolly had the lines on it

  • @XXXvengence More than likely it wasn't their lines, it was a bounce board to get more even light on their faces. They see a lot of use in productions.

  • so that's why part 2 sucked

  • @infantryfilms2nd If your gonna have that attitude, you can just get the hell out of Youtube.

  • seriously, credit to you guys for producing such a quality show for the interwebs!

  • Zack saved the soundman! This is incredible production work. Professional!! Thumbs up. You know you're dedicated when you're willing to pick up your friend's balls off the sand!!

  • 3:56 playing with himself on set :P ... or putting his gloves in his pocket if you see that frame in context

  • How many people exactly worked on this series?

  • gun. arm. head.

    awesome! xD

  • @saberwing505 So unrealistic. In a real fallout game it would be "Shoot normally = miss. Shoot in VATS = miss in slow motion"

  • I'm just waiting for Kate and Cory

  • @Mik5OO same :)

  • @Mik5OO They appeared in the second episode, well I saw Cory on the roof top. But, c'mon they can't be the only reason your watching... I actually like it

  • I'm curious if you're going to lose the vault uniform and pick up a another outfit

  • by the last episode, Zach will be in a wheelchair.

  • Mmmm behind the scenes. Delicious.

  • I watched this then I went and watched the episode again :p

  • When filming the characters from far away and it being windy do you have to dub their dialog in later? I enjoy watching the series as well as the behind the scenes.

  • no dough jones seen here.

  • 6:40 the ghoul tries to drink rofl^^

  • WHEN CAN I SEE CORY AND KATE!!!

  • Glad to hear from you guys.

Also I agree wit hgiles here. You could've stopped that analogy about a sentence and a half ago.

  • if you're filming and don't care about noise, take some dirt and put it into an old flour sifter. boom, instant, consistent dust cloud

  • did Zack no wear any spinal back protection?

  • SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!

  • lol @ that smoke effect

  • The footage from that RED One is amazing. Not only does it look amazing, but it makes shooting Hollywood quality video possible for the rest of us.

  • This is sweet!

  • i love that jazz in the backround, perfect touch

  • What type of a camera do you film with? is a Red Epic by chance

  • What's the point of the girl throwing dirt at 7:28? The dust isn't even in camera view

  • @Xiox321 Either one, they've got some hidden reason. Or... she was bored.

  • START MERCH NOW!

  • very nice work =D

  • The Picture-in-picture shots are great. I'm so pleased I contributed towards this :D

  • i need more nuka break!!!

  • Really makes you appreciate these guys for all the work they put into making such an awesome professional series.

  • Oh, so THAT'S why it looked so professional. You actually have a pro team working on this

  • "Literally sweating their balls off, I mean we picked them up because they were so sweaty we didnt want them to get dirty"

  • all this stuff looks sooooooooooooooo pro hahaha

  • Man... this is longer them the Last Episode...

  • @hitmanwolf of course it is,it took months to make.

  • Wow i didn't know there was so much work in filming this

  • So weird not seeing all the effects and stuff! Keep up the great work guys, so far so amazing.

  • :D

  • imo, there are too much people working...

you guys can work with 3-5 guys (other than the actors) and get the same production value, idk why you need all of that man power

  • @XYManx28 I agree.

  • @XYManx28 Not to be rude, but you don't know what everybody does on set, some people only have a couple skills needed for the set, either a seamstress, or a couple directors, or hell, even a professional dust thrower :D

  • @Pwninator84 no, i know the number of people required for such production value, and this right here, is high i gotta admit, but it still not that high to need more than 5 people on set (beside the actors ofc), so everyone can switch roles as needed of possible (to throw dust for example, though im not finding that is necessary at all since you can anything later in editing). but yeah, overall, i think they have TOO much people on set, and i think thats whats slowing them down.

  • @XYManx28 What do you mean "slowing them down"?

  • @WaysideCreations well, i've worked in all of this production making thing, and the more people i had on set the more chances of them screwing up specific shots a/o just taking more time to do what i want them to do (i mean one of you there mentioned how slow things are going). its really easier (atleast for me) to just tell fewer guys to make a couple of more jobs on the set and save time and effort. im sure alot of people you have there have just really fringe jobs that most of you guys can do

  • @XYManx28 To put it simply, when you start paying people to do things, it's never as simple as giving fewer people more jobs, and that really just means that those people could be busy doing one thing when another needs doing. Unions get involved, pay rates change, etc. There are plenty of reasons to have that many people on set.

  • @th3enigma not really no. + arent they all friends and whatnot? is paying them really is the matter here? and yes 1 guy can do multiple things that cannot interrupt each other if they planned everything correctly...

  • @XYManx28 The point of raising thousands of dollars for the production wasn't to just use their friends. They have hired people to do certain things, which means that person does that thing and no one else. On a professional set, you do your job and that's it. Furthermore, you can't plan for every occurrence on a film set. Do you know how long it can take to shoot a single take? Or how many shots they have to run before a certain time? It takes more planning than can be done even in high budget.

  • How does this have such a high production value?

  • 3:48 sounded exactly like Fluttershy.

  • I love this show!! Its amazing and the effects are hollywood worthy!

  • Jazz 'bone incoming

  • love the ppl in the background literally throwing dirt arround XD

  • Broomstick girl....best job on the set xD

  • @XxHizzyxX her job is to add more dust here and there ;D

  • @XxHizzyxX I would totally take it over my current one. ^^

  • Wow! That's a lot of work. Thanks for sharing it.

  • Way to go, guys (and Tybee)! Wish I could join in the fun

  • Whats up with the elevator music?

  • @rhymath lol its the fallout music

  • You guys are so awesome

  • The only thing that needs to be improved are the muzzle flares for the gunfights.

  • Scarlet is super hot.

  • Funny how they cut off Tybee's "yay"

  • "coulda stopd that analogy like sentence and a half ago..." AHAH GILES

  • I can only imagine the sand in your clothes, in your food, just sand everywhere!

  • @aperfectfailyour speak for yourself creeper

  • @coolguyXDyea y mad bro?

  • Im sure that it was a lot of hard work but im sure that i was really fun at the same time!

I love that small time people like you guys can get the money and man power to do something like this!

  • at 0:14 It kinda looks like Tybee is stuffing that paper down her pants. I laughed.

  • I'm just waiting for Tybee to find sexy sleepwear +1 Char :)

  • @RadarRaym Or the Naughty Nightwear.

  • @RadarRaym even better, chained prostitute outfit!
