@4theloveoffreestyle Good morning! Yes, I owned a deli in Meredith. Pete was born and raised there. We have family over there as well. I love NH! Have a great week!
HI! I have a few questions. Is it okay to omit the onions and peppers and other things like that? I've never really like vegetables in my food, I usually prefer softer foods because that's just how I've grown to like my food. Or if I can't skip putting them in can I boil them to soften them up a little? As a teen I don't know much about this stuff, but I'm learning pretty quickly.
@jtoro97 You can go ahead and omit the vegetables if you would like. I would not boil them. I don't think that would go very well. Thanks for coming by! I appreciate it!
@jtoro97 You could simply add a can of "VegAll", and some canned chopped pimento, and it would have soft veggies and still be healthy and colorful. I also like celery seed and mustard seed and a spoonful of dill pickle relish in mine. Guess I'm gonna have to upload my own video for mac salad.
Hi - I'm from Maine but am temporarily transplanted in Florida which isn't so bad either. I want a pasta salad for light suppers on days when it is too hot to cook. Your recipe looks great, but I will omit the tuna as I'm trying to go veggie, and if I skip that mayo at the end would it be ok to squeeze some fresh lemon juice over the salad? Also, if I halve the tomatoes they may be easier to get with a fork, otherwise I find myself chasing the buggers around my plate or resorting to fingers!
@2079423644 Hi! I love Maine and Florida! I think the lemon juice over the vinegar might be a bit much. I would go ahead and omit the mayo but not add lemon juice. Halving the tomatoes sounds fine! Thank you so much for coming by!

I'm not into cooking but there's something weirdly memorizing about your videos, well until you put the celery in.
