@sixxdog All thrash bands had their own "shitty" period, including Kreator. Have you ever listened their stuff from the "Renewal" (1992) to "Endorama" (1999) period? And ok, Slayer went completely Nu-Metal with the "God Hates Us All" album, but is slowly performing thrash metal again (shitty thrash, but still thrash). Metallica? They went hard-rock in the 90's but in Death Magnetic they have a 100% thrash song [All Nightmare Long]. And Megadeth's "Endgame" is thrash as fuck. Don't be a fanboy.

If you mean "God Hates Us All" (for example) is in the same category that "Reign in Blood" you're just a cocksucker that loves anything Slayer releases, no matter if is thrash or not, no matter if it's GOOD or not. @HaohmaruOfTheWind Agreed, for the most part. Testaments equipment when i first saw them was kind of muffly and stuff, but i think they write better songs than slayer. Although, slayer is pretty legendary for the genre so i have to love them. lol. i will never forget the wall of death at the testament concernt lol.

And tom araya said he believes in god...
