Nurses and Doctors loosing Jobs, planned cuts and closure of Sure Start Chidren Centres, makinking the public pay for a financial crisis caused by the investment Bankers, Winter fuel payments cut for the elderly, Broken election promises. The Tory Party is stuck in the 80's, with the same values of look after the rich and shaft the poor.
I didn't know Dave was into stand up Comedy. Because lets face it.....he's a joke, but not a very funny one either. By the way Ca-Moron, you also forgot to mention...........It's A CHIMPS TEA PARTY!!!!
@jake100112 to stop Britain being flooded with people from other EU countries who are automatically allowed to come here. Also, we should be making our own laws and maintaining our national sovereignty.
@doodledumdi also we will have to pay millions by getting rid of the free trade we have with these countries in the EU. Think about the benefits of the free trade with these countries, you cant say that is a bad thing?
@jake100112 You've lost me. Why would we have to pay millions and who to? We can still trade freely without being in the EU. We trade with other countries around the world without being in some sort of Union with them. I do not like the idea of another country/(ies) telling us what to do and controlling us.
Mmmm I Think you Like The Word Radical Dave, It Goes With a Certain Religeon That You seem to favour, alowing Certain Groups The freedom Of the City to Do whatever they Please, It dosent matter what They are Upto in Other Countries as long as they do it to us, well suprise suprise They Did, But it wasnt there Fault They were An oppressed minority, give them some money and they May Not do it Again, oh yes they will, Cameron You Traitor.
We can NEVER forget what Labour did to this country and we can NEVER let them have any power over our economy ever again. Whoever you vote - don't vote Labour.
@matrix4022 Mate it don't make a fuckin difference Labour and Conservatives are in it for themselves and themselves only they're all corrupt so doesn't matter who gets in now tbh David Cameron is a wanker.
@resilienceman I agree to an expent - politicians in the mainstream are by and large douchebags, but some are bigger morons than others. I trust Cameron more than I'd ever trust Labour after all their lies on their wars, on immigrations to flood the country with labour voters, on their terrible record with the economy, on their socialist agenda, they're the worst of a bad bunch if u ask me.
@matrix4022 I disagree i thought Gordon Brown and Tony Blair were more trustworthy than this fuckin prick even though they weren't exactly great knowing this dickhead he'll scrap the winter fuel for pensioners and let them die in the cold fuck him i hope he gets assassinated.
@matrix4022 Who said i was joking if hes okay enough for British soldiers to die and brush it infront of the victims families by telling them how sorry he is who says he doesn't deserve it?
@resilienceman You realise it was Labour was started the war...right? why are you attacking Cameron for something Labour did? why don't you go to Blair/Brown/Harmen/Miliband etc.'s page and rant there?

What was missing a Hitler uniform, Bilderberg show girls, can can music and Prison camps as part of the background. As the word wage is hidden meaning is "SLAVERY DOGGY TREATS". The problem is the bank of England. I would like to look at the plans as it would be world population reduction.
The REAL name is 'Communitarianism' and 'Communitarian' and involves lots of UNelected people in our communities making decisions for us, which is not very democratic.
Please research about it on the internet because it IS important, especially if you value your children's future.
Great speech Cameron, but what will you actually do? You bang on about how many women and ethnic minorities have stood for you at this election, but so wh at? Positive discrimination is not a Conservative policy; it's prejudice in disguise.
Mr Clegg is clever and charming. But look at the policies, rather than the man, and the Lib Dems seem less appealing" says the Economist, advising its readers to "give Cameron their vote"
Look what you post here it wont do anything if you dont vote to keep this guy out, VOTE LABOUR OR LIB DEMS...THATS THE ONLY WAY....IF YOU THINK THE COUNTRY IS BAD NOW WAIT TILL YOU VOTE THIS LOT IN....!!!! Same old Tory values same old policies...All I ask is Think...
Mr Osborne, I really don't know which economists are advising you on this brilliant strategy to increase unemployment, but feel free to give me a call. Unemployment makes voters unhappy."

Brown does have a bit of a temper, so do many politicians, of all parties the Tories are trying to exploit this, condemning him on Sky News .Voters should not approach him in a rude way, He admitted he found the woman's views on immigration annoying, which at least shows passion. Labour will win in spite of the miasma of lies spread by the Murdochite media outlets spewing poison into our democratic debate. One person on here is bigoted also and should be ignored
I DON'T TRUST YOU DAVID CAMERON! Why do I see you walking shoulder to shoulder with that europhile Ken Clark ? Where's our promised Referendum on EU Membership? Why are you following Globalist multiculturalism like Labour & Lib Dems? The most important issue - that of our British Sovereignty has not been mentioned in any of these pre-election debates... WHY? I cannot vote Conservative now... I will be voting for a Nationalist Party in protest!
@P0TSP0TTER I agree we should have a referendum on the EU - who knows maybe 25% would bother to vote. The EU is an irrelevance it is all down to the power of the UK government who have been crap for the last 20 years - Long Live Thatch.
@P0TSP0TTER The EU doesnt make us take immigrants - more lies from the wank press - it is up to governments to deside the levels - but unfortunately there are so many layabouts in this country we end up with immigrants - check farmers views on this - if only we had another Thatch to deal with the 5-6 million people of working age on the dole - but do you really see the wank BNP dealing with this.
@P0TSP0TTER I agree with you about the Islamification but not the EU membership. Britain should be working for more fairness in the EU and be like Italy and restrict immigration from economic migrants in the EU.
As for Cameron - he is just a stone age barbarian who kills wildlife for fun and encourages others to do likewise. . No one in their right mind should vote for such a savage.
@P0TSP0TTER Labour's contempt even for their own voters runs right the way through.
Do you think Labour peoples' communist pasts, paedo tendencies or treason were bad enough? You take a look at the Reds' bashing of Christianity, cashing in on still-legal drugs and plotting with the Libs to stay in power even if the Tories win!
Even other Lefties hate them for their warmongering!

We don't want more black & asian candidates than ever before! It does not take the brain of Britain to work out that with all three main Parties positively discriminating towards minorities to be their candidates, we could easily find after the votes are counted that we have a disproportionately high amount of immigrant MP's in comparison to the UK Population statistics.
I can't understand this. He says he wants to clean up ploitics, yet he uses a tax exiles millions to fund his campaign. He talks green but uses a chartered jet to fly around the country campaigning for the election. Why are some people falling for this? Imagine if this man got to power. Hypocritical tory! Only fools would vote for this fool!
Professor Stephen Hawking, the renowned British astrophysicist, has long claimed that aliens are out there. But in a new documentary he argues against seeking them out, warning that advanced extraterrestrial life forms would aggressively seek to colonise Earth should humans ever make contact with them. Beware Stephen the Tories are a much bigger threat they seek to take over our minds and have a deadly weapon called the Tory press
More women, blacks and Asians than ever before? Talking about the conservative party that would be more than pretty much none then?
The thought of a conservative party victory is troubling enough but a RADICAL conservative party - Jeez! I'm scared and I'm a straight white middle class business owning male.
I'm no fan of the liberals but look at the choices now... Conservatives think socialists are stupid, socialists think conservatives are evil - turns out BOTH of those assertions are correct.
Has the Sun's political editor outed himself as a Tory propagandist?
"It is my job to see that Cameron fucking well gets into Downing Street," proclaimed Tom Newton Dunn, political editor of the Sun, to a group of journalists from rival papers, recently.
Did he really say this? If so, should he not share this revelation with the Sun's readers? I'm sure they assumed his job was to be the political editor of the Sun, not a self-confessed Tory propagandist. But then again Sun readers!!
@IHeartThisVidxD ..Yes but they don't know that...because they believe this crap.
Murdoch has a massive news and media organisation that is able to reach into every living room throughout the entire Western world and beyond. Much of its so-called news content is carefully designed to induce a particular bias toward a view that would be favourable to the view represented by the Murdoch propagandists.
@greatwhitepoet He owns sky am I right in saying? And I noticed Adam Boulton break the rules asking Clegg a question about the headlines in the telegraph, surely that's clear bias. I must say I hate what Murdoch is able to do and get away with, people must realise and pretty fast before this slimey Cameron gets what he wants
@greatwhitepoet Murdoch and his evil empire to do enter into ALL living rooms. Those of us who choose not to read his gutter press or pay for for Sky etc are free of him!
Brown, caught describing a voter as "bigoted", and she probably was, The papers will splash it across the front-pages. The British arm of the Murdoch empire, particularly, will go wild ,I wonder what delightful discussions are going on at the Sun right now.
Murdoch has a massive news/media organisation that is able to reach into every living room throughout the the Western world-and beyond. Much of its so-called news content is carefully designed to induce a particular bias towards conservatives
@pimpUK by the way my 'obsession' with wealth gaps, as you put it ,comes from a belief that it takes more than just a rich elite to build a successful society. And whilst any political establishment believes it is right and just for a portion of society to subsist on starvation rations whilst a small clique hold 90% of wealth and power - that society will never function to its full potential.
@pimpUK1 Firstly lets agree that I know nothing about your background, your job situation or your wealth and I wouldn't dream of being so presumptuous after reading your comments on the beliefs of a political party. Then lets agree that you also know nothing about me. Then lets try and figure out together where the majority of workers would be without the right to strike and make demands upon their employers without being sacked out of hand. Have you ever heard of a sweatshop?
@mikerhysthomas The original concept of Unions and striking was long before there were such things as employment tribunals and employment laws. It is far easier to change jobs and careers now. In their time they were good but now they are damaging. I've worked for a certain Steel company which was so inefficient due to the union, until the plant shut.
@pimpUK1 So you agree that society as a whole has been improved in the UK since '97? Would you prefer we let the markets run free and unchecked to allow a division in wealth to grow and grow whilst allowing the weakest in society to work it out for themselves? No I'm not a civil servant - but yes I believe the right to strike and protest is an invaluable tool in a free society. Worked pretty well for the average worker over the last 100 years or so.
@mikerhysthomas No it hasn't got any better. What is your obsession with wealth gaps? In the UK anyone can be rich, it just takes hard work. You would rather the poor be poorer so long as the rich were poorer because you are jealous of those that are successful. Striking is totally selfish and ultimately leads to the failure and job losses of those that are striking. Other jobs are available, rather than hold 60 million people to ransom, change jobs!
How stupid are people to even consider voting for you? Big Society? Or how to sell out a nation and make it sound nice and fluffy? How can anyone trust you to protect our public services - you tell us you want us to take ownership of our local schools and hospitals? Don't you really mean you'll let corporate interests take them over and run them for profit? Labour haven't been perfect - far from it - but they improved this country from the cess-pit that you lot dug for us last time.
@mikerhysthomas only by taking out shit loads of loans and increasing tax. You are obviously a civil servant so I won't even bother wasting my time talking about finances or the economy as you lot have no idea and think striking is the solution to everything. I have only seen people that work get squeezed for more and more money to pay for this governments hair brain ideas.
@ShankingArmitage yeah the opinions polls really agree with you there. No one even voted that one eyed idiot in and he bailed out of calling an election early becuase he knows his fate.
I HATE CAMERON! I HATE CAMERON! EVERYONE HATES CAMERON! the next prime minister? HELL NO! i swear if cameron is elected as prime minister, im moving country!
@kriminalcollective We could all vote in a "normal" person however I'm sure from Gordon Browns unelected position as Prime minister you can see what damage its done. Someone with the best academic education will obviously be far better at running a country than a person without. Call it elitist, toff or whatever but I'm sure if you had the two for a job vacancy, you wouldn't pick the former.
@pimpUK1 The job vacancy ; Prime Minister, requires intellect, morals and an understanding of what your decisions mean to the public.
Cameron has the first, may have the second (although his favoritism of the wealthy is suspect) and definately does not have the latter.
How can he be relied upon to make decisions on, for example, public transport if he's never used it? He doesn't know what it's like to be a normal person in the UK, how can he make good judgements as to what our requirements are?
@kriminalcollective lol you really think Gordon Brown has morals. The man that didn't bow his head at the cenotaph on remembrance Sunday and constantly fidgeted. The man that has never been or even sent any of his MPs to pay respect to those that were killed due to his parties underfunding. The man that has got us all into massive debt, which we will be still paying off in years to come. The man that increased taxes. I disagree with Cameron wanting to increase foreign aid.
@pimpUK1 I didn't mention Gordon Brown once, I'm not a Labour voter, so don't think that by attacking them you're somehow going to make me withdraw my critisisms of the Tories.
David Cameron is a dick, he's worse than Clegg and Brown, not that I like either of them either.
Don't expect anything to change after the election whoever you vote for. All the main parties are loyal to organizations like Common Purpose, the Bilderberg group, the EU and the globalist banking cartel. All are aiding the subversion of the UK on behalf of the EU. All support the growing police state, the aggressive wars, the banker bailouts and the destruction of British freedom and sovereignty. The voting system is there to give the illusion of choice. Research the new world order.
Doesnt matter to me. Nothing will change for me. When you got nothing you got nothing to lose. I'd be better off dead to be honest. It's the only type of person I envy anyway.
@EnglandsBiggestLoser so you did not believe "Things can only get Better", because for you they did not? Where there's life, there is hope. With the Tories, unfortunately, the only winners will be the better off and the hunters.
@FrankClanton. Glad to see your accounts been suspended. People won't have to put up with your intolerable comments about genocide you vile scum! KEEP YOUTUBE SAFE!!
@Raymint isn't his fault? How can it not be? All the decisions he made was against the advice of specialists. Notice how we were the last country to come out of recession? Its because his maths leaves a lot to be desired. He blamed it on banks borrowing then goes onto borrow record amounts, then when he cant borrow anymore because its capped, he changes the legislation.
@pimpUK1 Yeah, our economy was hanging in the balance from the beginning so the recession was catastro-fuck in our case. But you're right, he shouldn't have borrowed because that would send out a "bad message". Think about it, how else would he have restored the country's wealth without banks? Tell me how else he could have done this (properly), with our own money?
Nevertheless he fixed a problem he didn't create so it's not his fault by definition (there's that word again ...).
@Raymint He hasn't restored the countries wealth. You do know that every pound we pay in tax, 10p is going on just paying the interest! It will takes decades to pay off the debt. The only way is to double tax or reduce spending on services. Stop the 40% going to social services and we will all be better off.
Wasn't he famous for saying he had stopped boom and bust econemies?
How so very right you are my friend, it is frightening to think that this hypocrite who played a part in the evil Thatcher regime might win this election.
@kkwillsaveus Yeah, he's already been grilled about not being perfect enough to spot this happening 10 years prior, and as per usual, he defended himself quite competently (in that way that doesn't have him playing up to the cameras and Dictaphones - only allowing the convictions of his own words do the "talking") - it's on this site somewhere ...
In any case, I'm sure you're quite capable of figuring out why those aren't sufficient grounds on which to condemn him.
@Raymint He had ten years of growth to sort out a budget deficit, and didn't. Yeah he couldn't have forseen this crisis, but he could've sorted the deficit long before, in which case it would be a simple question of stimulating growth now.
However, he took credit for all the growth, in 2005, the first time they were under any form of threat, he shouted about the economy time after time. If the recession isn't his fault, growth can't have been either.
@charlieiscool1000 You got that rig. Spread it, too. They are ALL THE SAME ... when will anyone listen and learn? There is no point goin out to the ballot box. They do not are what you think. DON'T YOU GET IT? They will do what they will do regardless of how you vote.
When you see Gordon Brown and the ministers outside number ten annoucing the date of the election you realize how little you have seen and heard from the opposing Conservative party team.A certain B********n C**b photograph springs to mind.
Regardless of what you believe, you're something of an idiot yourself for making a statement like that. Personally, I don't know what to believe any more.
Cameron may well be the (or one of the) most wealthy politicians in the house of commons, but discriminating against him because of wealth or class is quite petty.
Still..... I'm inclined to believe there are too many lies in modern day politics!
And I can't even vote yet! You can probably tell by my ignorance! But ahh well.
There are too many... stupid, (to be blunt) people who will vote for a candidate based on his/her personality.
The hardest thing is seeing through this potential fog of lies and finding the truth as to what each party really do stand for. It seems no information source can be trusted any more, they all have their own political allegiances, and quite honestly I do not believe a significant proportion of this country really know what they're voting for.
lol please, more women, black and asian candidates than ever before. why do we, as human beings always have to section ourselves. it doesnt fcking matter what colour you are, where you were born or what sex you are. lets not forget we are all one.
BE SCARED the day of ZEGZA is upon us i am an NWO MERCINARY u will be proud to witness the new age we have just about mastered the art of sythanize otherwise known as black magic soon are group will be 1 ....if you are one of the rebels give up hope if you are reading this you are already infected , acept or be sacrificed

cont.... surely some correlation there. I have no problem with people working hard if they choose to. What I take issue with is the idea that 'hard work' is always a good thing. Brown works 18 hours a day and is regarded as one of the worst PMs wev'e ever had. To give a more extreme example, it could be argued that Chairman Mao worked hard to push the Great Leap Forward- which resulted in the deaths of 40 million Chinese. In the same way employment status is irrelevant to virtue. The cont

cont; idea that having a paid job automatically qualifies you as 'good and honest' is beyond crap. A lot of people lie on their CVs to get to were they are and workplace bullying is epidemic in this country. Hardly facts to shout about.
Im well aware that I promote heretical ideas and I will probably be 'thumbed down' out of existence but its a risk im willing to take because unlike certain (and im by no means generalising all) self righteous 'hard working taxpayers' im not a sheep.
we will be back to the feudal system with this lot running the country. Why do the aristocracy want to run the country, why dont they just enjoy the money that their ancestors obtained by grinding the noses of the working and middle classes. Mrs Camerons family sold buckingham palace to the royal family - seriously, so I think they are not in touch with average people, just the return of the feudal system
Vilifying welfare claimants is not modern. It is discrimination. The Tories will criminalise the long-term unemployed regardless of whether or not they have done voluntary work and been honest in their transactions. This is cowardice because it is bending to the lies of the Sun and the Express.
It is worth noting that the same party has been deeply entrenched in the Expenses Scandal. The hypocrisy of this stinks.
@WORLD8NSH5KNIGHT1 In any civilised democratic Country, The only people who should be long term un waged are the elderly, unfit,& sickly. Under Labour In Britain today there are people who cannot afford to work " That is both wrong and demoralising" Something must be done to give this group a chance to earn a living! Without leaving them with less disposable income. Under Conservative this can happen, Were there is work there is a JOB 2B done! Theirfor voluntary work it should be A PAID JOB!
@7Vails The group you refer to as being unable to afford to work will often be those with large families where the income from state benefits will be quite high. The parents are sometimes professional spongers but not always. Can't see any remedy to that one.
@7Vails For those who are willing to work the answer must be a higher minimum wage, plus working tax credit. I don't recall the Tories having instigated a min wage or indeed working tax credits! Min wage and WTC are still too low so hopefully whatever party wins will raise both. Can you see Cameron doing that? I can't see him doing much for the poor. His main concerns are alleviating tax burdens for mega-wealthy, and reintroducing the vile 'sport' of hunting with dogs.
'Willing to work' is an overstated dogma in my view. Of course we need employment for the structure of society but I do not accept that people should be forced into taking any job that comes- or (as is currently the case) being forced to do effectively unpaid work- individuals have different qualifications and experience so for some people longer term unemployment will be the case. I have an inkling that part of the problem is that we are work-obsessed nation. If, as a recent cont;

Brown hasn't done much to improve the minimum wage either has he? Its only gone up by pennies in years - labour only pay lip service to the poor and the gap btw poor and rich has widened under labour. Neither working tax credit nor min. wage are going up, you heard the budget didn't you? If anything, they may well be cut next year if labour get back in, to supplement the £11B efficiency cuts labour say are necessary in the next few years as their overall plan of swingeing cuts takes effect.
I generally agree. Labour done the right thing introducing the minimum wage in the first place, but their New Deal programme, which I have personally endured is anything but 'helping young people'- it is punishing people whatever way it is glossed over. Sometimes I loose my rag on these issues because I know first hand what being part of an unfairly vilified minority is like. Labour is bad, but the Tories will be even worse. Lib Dems deserve a chance.
To go through all the points that make me angry about New Deal and the general vilification of welfare claimants would take too long but I do feel a large proportion of the public are deeply misinformed. Disgraceful 'newspapers' such as the Sun already have a subtle hate campaign going on against welfare claimants. Cameron and Brown are subtlely endorsing this sort of vilification (ie the constant branding of claimants as dishonest lazy criminals) in the worst sort of populist way.
@WORLD8NSH5KNIGHT1 What are you talking about muppet, I haven't subscribed to your shitty channel, get washed, get a job, and stop harassing police officers at your shitty childish protests you smelly middle England hippy cunt
The very structure and the workings of the monetary system is the problem. All politicians are useless! A resource based economy is the way to go. Please research on it!
Money and the monetary system is the REAL issue which causes a whole host of problems and human behaviours.Money is an invention, have you ever asked yourself who created money or why we are stuck living our lives the way do? The monetary system is corrupt and outdated,it must go!
David if you win, can you please stop flooding this country with immigrants who come here to sponge, have 12 kids each and have absolutely no skills whatsoever!
Labour have got no plans to help the working person - their plan to raise NI will hit working people and job prospects. Thats why Tories oppose it so much. The working person is best served by a Tory gvmnt no matter what end of the pay scale you're at. Tories are the fair party for all despite what labour would have us believe.
Yes, radical cuts, radical unemployment figures and radical tax relief for people who are already filthy rich...first time voters aren't as naive as you lot seem to think we are...

@jake100112 You've lost me. Why would we have to pay millions and who to? We can still trade freely without being in the EU. We trade with other countries around the world without being in some sort of Union with them. I do not like the idea of another country/(ies) telling us what to do and controlling us.

Has the Sun's political editor outed himself as a Tory propagandist?
"It is my job to see that Cameron fucking well gets into Downing Street," proclaimed Tom Newton Dunn, political editor of the Sun, to a group of journalists from rival papers, recently.

@pimpUK by the way my 'obsession' with wealth gaps, as you put it ,comes from a belief that it takes more than just a rich elite to build a successful society. And whilst any political establishment believes it is right and just for a portion of society to subsist on starvation rations whilst a small clique hold 90% of wealth and power - that society will never function to its full potential.
mikerhysthomas 1 year ago
@pimpUK1 Firstly lets agree that I know nothing about your background, your job situation or your wealth and I wouldn't dream of being so presumptuous after reading your comments on the beliefs of a political party. Then lets agree that you also know nothing about me. Then lets try and figure out together where the majority of workers would be without the right to strike and make demands upon their employers without being sacked out of hand. Have you ever heard of a sweatshop?
mikerhysthomas 1 year ago

@mikerhysthomas your so right, this person is a blind tory.
lammysx 1 year ago
@mikerhysthomas No it hasn't got any better. What is your obsession with wealth gaps? In the UK anyone can be rich, it just takes hard work. You would rather the poor be poorer so long as the rich were poorer because you are jealous of those that are successful. Striking is totally selfish and ultimately leads to the failure and job losses of those that are striking. Other jobs are available, rather than hold 60 million people to ransom, change jobs!

He doesn't know what it's like to be a normal person in the UK, how can he make good judgements as to what our requirements are?
kriminalcollective 1 year ago
@kriminalcollective lol you really think Gordon Brown has morals. The man that didn't bow his head at the cenotaph on remembrance Sunday and constantly fidgeted. @Raymint isn't his fault? How can it not be? All the decisions he made was against the advice of specialists. Notice how we were the last country to come out of recession? Its because his maths leaves a lot to be desired. He blamed it on banks borrowing then goes onto borrow record amounts, then when he cant borrow anymore because its capped, he changes the legislation.
pimpUK1 1 year ago
@pimpUK1 Yeah, our economy was hanging in the balance from the beginning so the recession was catastro-fuck in our case. But you're right, he shouldn't have borrowed because that would send out a "bad message". Think about it, how else would he have restored the country's wealth without banks? Tell me how else he could have done this (properly), with our own money?
Nevertheless he fixed a problem he didn't create so it's not his fault by definition (there's that word again ...).
Raymint 1 year ago
@Raymint He hasn't restored the countries wealth. You do know that every pound we pay in tax, 10p is going on just paying the interest! It will takes decades to pay off the debt. The only way is to double tax or reduce spending on services. Stop the 40% going to social services and we will all be better off.

@Raymint A budget deficit of £6 billion in 1997, £178 now. 10 years of growth where it could've been dealt with. How not his fault?
kkwillsaveus 1 year ago
@kkwillsaveus Yeah, he's already been grilled about not being perfect enough to spot this happening 10 years prior, and as per usual, he defended himself quite competently (in that way that doesn't have him playing up to the cameras and Dictaphones - only allowing the convictions of his own words do the "talking") - it's on this site somewhere ...
In any case, I'm sure you're quite capable of figuring out why those aren't sufficient grounds on which to condemn him.
Raymint 1 year ago
@Raymint He had ten years of growth to sort out a budget deficit, and didn't. Yeah he couldn't have forseen this crisis, but he could've sorted the deficit long before, in which case it would be a simple question of stimulating growth now.
However, he took credit for all the growth, in 2005, the first time they were under any form of threat, he shouted about the economy time after time. If the recession isn't his fault, growth can't have been either.

cont.... surely some correlation there.

7Vails 1 year ago
@7Vails The group you refer to as being unable to afford to work will often be those with large families where the income from state benefits will be quite high. The parents are sometimes professional spongers but not always. Can't see any remedy to that one.
MimicMimix 1 year ago
@7Vails For those who are willing to work the answer must be a higher minimum wage, plus working tax credit. I don't recall the Tories having instigated a min wage or indeed working tax credits! Min wage and WTC are still too low so hopefully whatever party wins will raise both. Can you see Cameron doing that? I can't see him doing much for the poor. His main concerns are alleviating tax burdens for mega-wealthy, and reintroducing the vile 'sport' of hunting with dogs.

'Willing to work' is an overstated dogma in my view. Of course we need employment for the structure of society but I do not accept that people should be forced into taking any job that comes- or (as is currently the case) being forced to do effectively unpaid work- individuals have different qualifications and experience so for some people longer term unemployment will be the case. I have an inkling that part of the problem is that we are work-obsessed nation. If, as a recent cont;

@Arrlandi10
WORLD8NSH5KNIGHT1 1 year ago 2
@Arrlandi10

I won't be voting this GE. There's no real Labour party anymore, they're both Tory.
I voted for Blair in 1997 hoping he was gonna do something for the working man, but nothing happened.

@Glenn675 Who you vote for is between you & the ballot Box but PLEASE vote as it's the only way to get Labour out.!

Labour have got no plans to help the working person - their plan to raise NI will hit working people and job prospects. Thats why Tories oppose it so much. The working person is best served by a Tory gvmnt no matter what end of the pay scale you're at. Tories are the fair party for all despite what labour would have us believe.
