@More350Power yeh I think this was before we found that a coolant leak was shorting out one of the plugs. head was trashed so we swapped the engine. it runs nice now!
@susarius I can buy these for under a grand and they aint gaining value anytime soon. the sooner this one dies the sooner I can get something better :P
@Aussie50 But its a BMW 7 series. A top level luxury sedan that commands respect on all levels. Yeah they may not be worth much anymore. But don't forget these cost a fortune brand new so you should continue to treat it as if its still that brand new car, and not some cheap asian rubbish like Hyundai! Because BMW means quality on all levels. Oh and finding one of these cars in good order will only appreciate in time, if you look after it!

I 've got that somewhere, it came off when the car moved sideways while I was jacking it up one day.
the jack moved into the bodywork and since it was pouring rain i just lowered the car and popped the clips off the strip :(
its on my 'to do list'
