These Karaoke versions are good a very nice rock a billy style voice .Reminiscent of the Rock a Billy Trio It is however not Elvis and its a real insult to an artist to be so little respect to use their name without permission. No one with any respect for Elvis would try such a cheap trick to get some listeners. Get a life man. Have enough pride in yourself and respect for Elvis to use your real name or just call your self the bedroom karaoke hero.
Way back after our Great "President Lincoln" was assassinated, a long black train, took his remains all across this country......something about "Long Black Trains" make us all feel sad.....
please, check your info before spreading false stuff. you really don't have to pretend you know what you are talking about when you are actually not knowing what you are talking about. Rock history is a serious matter to a lot of people. you can't jerk off your mouth anything about Rock.
love this song heard it for the first time that one summer in 2009 what a glorious magical summer that was this song reminds me of that wonderful time !!!
Actually, jandarma6, the song that made got him his record deal with Sam Phillips was "That's Alright, Mama". This is actually one of his lesser-known songs.
@dnwal3 "That's Alright, Mama" was the song that made him, though. That's what I mean. He had various songs that he rendered, but only a handful ever became well-known.
@dnwal3 no my happiness was his first recording, and then he done i'll never stand in your way during and thats when your heartaches begin before he grew frusterated and busted into thats alright
This is the Elvis that the great Sam Phillips heard. Or, this is the Elvis, with the great Scotty Moore on guitar, before Col. Tom Parker became Elvis' manager and Elvis lost his edge. One of the great covers of the immortal Jr. Parker's great songs...

Beautiful! And even more remarkable that for such a driving number there is no drummer - just Scotty, Bill and Elvis.

Yes sir/madame. He was born 1/8/35 and passed on 8/16/77. That would put him at 42 years of age at the time of his passing.
Pokechoppah93 2 years ago
He was only 19 when he recorded this song. I wish I had that kind of voice and talent at 19. Only the King could have such power so young.
