I used to feel the waves were quite hypnotic-I would concentrate on the wave-motion and not walk around, to avoid feeling bad-North Sea- It is when one is inside a ship that it gets dizzying-looking out from the window is better- for a really scary sea-type in ''Tanker in big storm'' and the waves are furious-here they are definitely ''sinister and moody-and very beautiful as others have said-but not furious-it is as if the Sea has a personality-best not to ''diss'' it!

Went on a Norwegian ship to Hawaii one year and had 50 foot waves.. It threw me out of bed and they had barf bags everywhere, you could definitely feel it.

How much were you able to feel the swells while inside of the ship? I get extremely sea sick and haven't gone on a cruise yet for this reason lol.
