you could just hold reload i did that, within about 30 seconds to 1 minutes you can have all the dodge, damage and health perks so your near invinsible

But that's what I did. I held the reload button and the fire button as well. Reloading+shooting at the same time.

@Lars0n and holding down that fire button added a whopping 2% to your overall damage :p
