Randall was NOT a big game qb..he had ONE PLAYOFF WIN in Philly he could not carry a team...he was benched IN A PLAYOFF GAME..twice during regular season games..and RIGHT AFTER his huge season in minny he proceeded to lose his job to Jeff George? JEFF GEORGE? Those r the types of reasons he is not IN the HOF

Ljlock.....he's not a hall of gamer because he had too many flaws....he wasn't a great qb...he was a great athlete PLAYING qb....he wasn't even in the top five of his era...he a good second tier qb... And maybe he will get in someday....but he will have to wait probably longer than art monk did

@bdawk20 i understand but to a good qb, you have to be a great athlete . still he was probably the most annoying qb to play against cus you could never tackle him. its been said before but if randall had the arm he had in minnesota for his entire career he would be one of the best. you must be a birds fan by your gamertag so you know that there needs to be more eagles in hof. and believe me bdawk is gonna be in wit randall and reggie one day

@ljlock2599 well first....reggie is already in.....randall ALWAYS had an arm...he had a CANNON for an arm...what he lacked was the HEAD of a QB...the ATTITUDE of shut up and let me lead you....he was way more worried about his personna as Ramblin Randall..than anything else...especially before the Knee injury...hell look at the interview before his first game back...hat says..I'm Back Scramblin....everyone focuses on the year he had in Minny....he actually had a better year in philly earlier on

@ljlock2599 ok...so....if he didn't have the best wr's in philly....um...how is it that his best statistical year PASSING...was while he was in philly...he wasn't a leader because noone on that team respected him because he was more worried about his stats than reading defenses...hell...one of the best qb coaches ever said he was smart enough to get the defenses...just wasn't interested...he was a loner...and always prone to big mistakes at crucial times...

@bdawk20 listen...just by watching this video that he ALWAYS had a plan b and he was never weak when it came to crucial times, im not sayin that he was never sacked or thrown an int. but after he did, he would do anything he could to make it up. plus even if he did have his best passin season in philly he was still a field goal away from the sb which they probably were gonna win.today you would be lucky to get a guy who can fumble, pick it up and run for a first down.i said always had a plan b

@bdawk20 The thing is that is how he was coached to play the position in Philly. Buddy Ryan wanted him to be a runner. If he had gotten a coach that wanted him to pass more early on he would have been other worldly good. He has more TD passes and less picks than Troy Aikman. Anyone ever call him second tier? Randall just played the position differently. It wasn't that he couldn't pass in philly he wasn't coached too. when he got to Minny and was told to, he did

@bdawk20 That isn't a fair assessment. Randall never really had the chance to prove himself in that type of way. Like I said he was coached by Buddy Ryan to be a runner. Not a passer. Buddy wanted him to run. Talent wise i say he had more talent than Aikman and I think was a better passer than Young. But despite all of that he threw more TD's and less picks then Troy. And Troy had crazy teams around him. Randall should get more respect. He did it a different way thats all.

I was fortunate enough to watch Cunninham's entire NFL career, from when he would come in on third downs in place of Ron Jaworski to the magical 1998. He was absolutely electric with both his feet and the cannon he had for a right arm. He changed the way the game was played at quarterback, IMO. Great video TVW as always!!
