But feel your pain, I got rear ended by a car and 2 days later side swiped bya truck crossing lanes. 10 years i've had my baby and not one ding or scratch then 2 in 2 days. Both by people not paying attention to the road.

That's fucked up. Very lucky to have CCTV and witnesses. My bike accident I had no one saw except me and the person who hit me. I was knocked off my bike going around a roundabout and the guy pulled out into it - not giving way to me. He says he didnt see me but he was clearly inpatient and put his footdown. I got KO'd and permenent injury in my knee.
Hope you were ok and got everything sorted out ok :)

@WhiteKeyProductions no it aint you moron! She just turned without giving way to opposing traffic who have right of way! If intending to turn you allow opposing vehciles pass until its clear to turn in (unless opposing driver slows down to let you though) daft AIDS boy!
you can clearly see that she turned in front of you.. I hope you got the win on this case..

Definitely her fault,she crossed into the path of an oncoming vehicle,her error and she is to blame,full stop.

If this girl is only 19, it's a prime example of someone not having enough experience on the road.
Consider yourself lucky... I'm a cyclist and I've had this kind of thing happen to me because of someone was turning right but only looking for cars.
Fortunately, if I see a car preparing for such a turn, my fingers reach for the brakes, and I've stopped just in time.
