Well, I've always liked Alyson Avenue but never liked Nightwish until Anette joined. I think its great she now gets the audience and fans she deserves albeit in a different band.

sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo­o much better than Tarja Toeroenen :P I don't understand the fuss about not fitting in Nightwish... Alyson Avenue is close to hardrock too... it makes me think fo the band Europe a bit ... a more beautiful and female version of Joey Tempest :P

i agree completly i dont even like tarja.. opera or "symphonic metal" isnt really my thing i love annette! she got me into nightwish. always liked their music but not the whole opera thng =D

If you don't like Tarja, that's probably the reason, why you didn't like Nightwish before. Sorry, but I think this is kind of 80's pop rock or pomp rock...It's O.K., but Nightwish with Tarja were better for me.
