Io continuo a esercitarmi: speriamo tra qualche anno di mettere online anche una mia versione decente :)

@drtintan I used the delay of guitar rig 2 ... sorry but I don't remember exactly the settings. I think it was a mono delay of 204 ms more or less. I remember I tried many times before getting the right delay time.
@BomaMetalhead yeah it's a pain in the ass to arrange the delay properly.... mono for sure, i am temporarily trying 450 ms and practice a lot slower than you, but i was thinking it should be slower... as the first tone should reverb right after the second note played... at least that's what i thought using the ultimate-guitar tab. but i will try with 200 as well... cheers tintan
@BomaMetalhead Hello, to get that delay-time you have to calculate 45/bpm , so if you play at 180bpm you have to set the delay at 45/180=0.25 sec ( 250 ms) or 200bpm --> delay time 225 msec and so on :)

@lolasdxd123 thanks for the compliment :) but I swear I've some problems with alternate picking on fast beats. I succeedd with this particular riff after months of practice with the click, beggining with low beats to high ... and don't forget there are some open strings played, it's a big advantage on speed ... ask to country players XD. While playing 3 notes for string scale fastly it's a problem ... requires practice practice practice until the death XD

@Roflmop that's not my tone. I linked the guitar into my mbox2 soundcard, and then I used a preset of guitar rig. obviously is shit, but I can't dare a better strumentation. my amp has always sucked. yes that's the gibson SG, but it's real sound is completely different (linked to a real amp)

So i'm writing a tab on my own writing exactly what I've done. look at the video description, you'll find the first part in pdf (wounded bumblebee without delay ... without mistakes I promise :) but for the rest of the song you must have patience ... I've heard the gibson's nuts have some problems, expecially on the G string. sometimes G strings goes out of tune but, in my case, is a very little problem. so I didn't changed yet, maybe in the future
in the truth it's just alternate picking and not sweep. however, for playing more clealer as possibile that kind of passages, I put the volume control (gain of the guitar) on low levels ... yes it's more difficult, cause you reduce the distorsion to a crunch, but you've a clear sound, direct and aggresssive. you can also turn the pick like kirk hammet, for a more crunchy sound ... just a matter of practicing, you'll find your sound ;)
