  • god dammit who the fuck wrote this lyrics???it's all wrong, check the album before upload the lyrics.

  • I bet the Red Hot Chili Peppers fucking love this album lol.

  • I LOVE THIS SONG <3

  • This is what i like about STP: if im jamming in the car or working out, i turn on Core, Purple, maybe No. 4. If i want sme chill out music at the end of the day,Tiny Music. If i need some music to do some work to, this album. This just shows you the great diversity in the sound of these guys

  • Oh My ! They have channeled David BOWIE \m/

  • no matter what the song,it seems to grow on you in a peculiar but undeniable sorta way, wherever this singer and the other 3 guys go and whatever they do...they're giants,i wonder what it feels like to be that big...i mean big in more than one way, man,i mean big in the sense of sheer greatness and infectiousness,no matter how annoying at first...hahaha...i guess y'either love'm or y'hate'm,kinda like pee wee herman in a way right?

  • Great song!

  • This song is awesome, I've never been that big of a Stone Temple Pilots fan but this song caches my attention.

  • @dnon75

suck a dick, you hate it so much why you fucking watching it, secondly you must be a real narrow minded cunt to call everyone who listens to stp frat boys.

  • @waynesan31

i agree but i think you mean evolved

  • I now officially like this album 3rd by STP. No4 is always my fave, second is tiny music, third is this, fourth is shangrila dee da, fith is Core, then purple.

  • Wow when did this shitty album come out? This band fucking sucks so much balls you would have to be a huge douche to enjoy this garbage. The guitar part in the verses is a direct ripoff of Pavement - Rattled by the Rush (1995). Check it out for yourself. Happy circle jerking to shit music frat boys.

  • @dnon75 pavement? Well, besides your little rant, this comparison just showed how much of a peckerwood u are.

  • @dnon75 Obviously you like STP if you took the time to post a comment on a video featuring one of their songs, no matter how wrong, obnoxious, or ignorant it may be. If it doesn't embarrass you too much, what do you listen to? Don't worry, I'm sure it can't be all that bad, but I have been wrong before.

  • You STP guys seem like a good bunch, Guns & VR boy here...liked Scott's solo album, never appreciated him when he was in VR but did when he buggered off, great singer but has he lost it? This album does nothing for me, as much of STP doesn't, but Let it Roll and Superhuman kick rear..is this what you were waiting for? He seems burnt out to me.

  • @jtdurden Dude, it's not what we were "waiting for",just the fact that they're back together making albums and "Busses are rolling on" we're fucking ELATED! Scott's healthy and thats what any TRUE STP fan wants. Throw in a new album? I'll speak for the masses, I don't think this is what we were waiting for again, but we're damn pleased with it!! Nah, it doesn't have that in your face of Contraband but that's not Scott really to begin with, he was letting his anger out on the album. He's diverse!

  • def not the best but its enjoyable :) it goes Core/purple/no.4/tiny music/shangri la/self titled but i love em all!

  • this song is the best song in the world from there new album, they should've made this a number one hit.but i agree to all of thoses who think that STP is the most greatest band with their own sound in the albums.this and plush are the best albums that i have.

  • My favorite on the new album. STP hasn't disappointed me yet.

  • Good song when walking with your peacoat mainnnnnnne

  • this song is really good

  • Best song on the album...but still, worst album of them all...

  • @Porly62 Core is the best, right? Yes. It's a super opening album for sure. The best. I love this album too tho :-)

  • @Porly62 who you calling this the worst album?...........this album is the best and you know it is for sure.but if you dont agree with me,then that's ok,it'll be your fault that you're saying its one of their worst albums ever.

  • I thought the last album was bull.

    I was clearly wrong.

  • i bet 24jamestown is a fucking troll...this is some real music totally new feel to STP and a good one at that and if you do read this 25jamestown, well:

Opinions are like assholes, everyones got one so...stfu and go troll another album for another band STP wants nothing to do with you (:

    have a nice day asshole

  • considering the head-space all those guys occupied -regarding recent music with vr and aoa-and what that was like....i would call this the "de-compression record." if they make another i hope they find the dissonance again!

  • one of the best songs of the new album (they're all amazing) STP the best!!

  • I have loved this band since the beginning but this album has to be the best so far...

    Bring on the "GREAT" music...

  • This, Take A Load Off, and Between The Lines are the best songs on the album in my opinion.

  • i don't care for the album but this ones actually pretty good! =)

  • love the url for this video, lol!

  • @punkydoodle ha i just noticed that

  • Peacoat = friggin awesome!

Still wondering why it's called "Peacoat" though...should've been called "Destination Unknown".

  • agreed both below comments. Like the fine musicians they are; they grow better with time. Always prove it live, too. This song is a classic.

  • @stamp1220 youre pathetic

  • @24jamestown You are a weasel who doesn't know shit about music.. Live in the past and fucking disappear.

  • @stamp1220 i will and you live in the horrible present and be ok with it u fucking dumbass. im gonna have to live in the past if they keep making shit music like this, but you just eat it up, because you are very credible when it comes to music shitdick.

  • @24jamestown "dead fish dont swim in jealous waters" my freind

simply put, dont be wer ur not welcome no ones agreeing with you so go away and u cant live in the past it just wont work and make a better album than this one moron i KNOW u cant do any better than they can besides, this album beats all of the other music that is out today, u MUST admit THAT

and at least STP has the balls to completely change ther style unlike most bands out ther...

  • @NnysVelvetRevolver ya the line is jealous tides retard. and living in the past my ass, if bands dont put out a good album, i fucking say it. nothing to do with living in the past. just cuz u like a band doesnt mean u cant be honest. and of course i cant put out music as good, i dont make a fucking living making music, horrible argument by you there. ya and they changed their sound a lot on their first 5 albums and it was great, this was not. this was fucking terrible.

  • @24jamestown i know this, but you, are one of those assholes on the internet who always does mental gymnastics to think they are right about everything. Also, they will never change their mind about anything. and you should be happy they rejoined anyway cuz VR had issues with who was the "most important" and the DeLeos in Army of Anyone was a shitty group to say the least. Also, Scott was in a bit of a downward spiral at the time, and there is a possibility of him ODing on heroin or something

  • @24jamestown That's your opinion dick hole.

  • Agreed good song, good album. STP fan from the start.

  • they suck so bad compared to their old stuff, the lyrics don't even sound like he put any effort into them

  • @headwizzer STP fuckin rock this is one of their best albums

  • Real Hott track by STP....ADX

  • i love stone temple pilots its my band definitivamente...

  • gosh the riff at the beginning kicks ass

  • STP rules...a worthy album to be bought...

  • @freshness i agree, another example is gaslight anthem loved by critics but hardly sell any records

  • It's called being popular. STP from the beginning were labeled PJ and AIC rip offs. They never got love from the media and still take shit from them. STP never will outsell PJ or AIC for those reasons alone.

Look at popular music, 99.99% of it is complete trash but it still out sells any AIC, PJ, STP or any other solid bands album these days. My point is just because one band out sells another, it doesn't mean they play better music.

  • @TheFreshness11 I could not agree with you more. That about a 100% fact and glad someone else agrees with this logic.

  • pearl jam are releasing brilliant albums still. stronger than this stp album which is not bad, i just saw pearl jam at hyde park playing to 65 thousand people they headline festivals across the world, backspacer sold 189000 in first week in america stp sold 62000 copies of this, im not slaggin stp jjc 19461 but they are miles behind pearl jam

  • @kristianPJ Thank you! I swear I am gettin pissed at STP fans rippin on Pearl Jam... I love STP don't get me wrong put Backspacer was freaking genius!! I could live on Pearl Jam and Matchbox Twenty... hah... I wanna see all the crap i get for MB20...

  • @kristianPJ I only like amonst the waves from the new cd

  • Comment removed

  • @dibbilydooha i guess cornell took made us forget about his timbaland thing when he sung beyond the wheel at the showbox.

  • @jjc19461 Yeah Soundgarden back together definitely makes up for it. I hate to be harsh about talented people who's music I usually love.

  • Def one of the best songs on a great album. Got to love how stp have evolved and matured. Sorry to all the haters, but if you wanted to hear more Core, then listen to Core. If you want Purple, listen to it. If you want to hear STP as they are today, then listen to this. After all, it not the 90's anymore.

  • @waynesan31

    AMEN!

  • @waynesan31 what a stupid fucking statement. i loved how their sound changed on every album and matured, but people need to call it like it is. this album fucking blows. its poppy and has no edge or originality to it. their first five albums were great, but this sounds like a band who has run out of ideas. i dont wanna another core or purple, but i do wanna another good album and this was not the answer.

  • @24jamestown Like I said, this is how they are today. Take it or leave it. Hey, I don't call the shots. btw, I wouldn't say my comment was "a stupid fucking statement". Just an opinion. I happen to like the album...

  • @waynesan31 if you like this album then you should be ashamed to call yourself a pilots fan, cuz this is album is garbage, not an opinion, definitely a fact.

  • @24jamestown you know once fact we know about you? YOU SUCK ASSBUNS BITCH

  • @24jamestown WHAT! this album fuckin rocks STP are great musicians. You can have your opinion but there's an old saying, opinions are like assholes everybody has one!

  • @anthonyAJR i understand theyre great musicians. ive seen them twice. im a big fan. i own their first five albums, but im also a realist and this album is garbage. theyre a great band, but this is not a good album. they should have quit while they were ahead.

  • @24jamestown Bands that quit while they're ahead are pussies.

  • @KnuckleHead5FDP ya youre right. i mean i just love it when bands stay around too long and start putting out shitty album after shitty album. thats just fucking fantastic, moron.

  • @24jamestown Why would they just stop making music? Their career's are in making music. You're the one that sounds like a fucking idiot.

  • @24jamestown ALSO, i fergot to post in last comment, u say "shitty album after shitty album" its ther 1st one after getting back together give STP some slack. yer acting like theyll keep making the same kinda music they just made but the transition between Purple and Tiny Music... was quite big they just might change agian dont just assume they stay like this you short-minded retard

  • @NnysVelvetRevolver ok first of all. they can continue to make music. in fact they all did when they were broken up. the deleo brothers did an album with army of anyone. weiland of course did velvet revolver and a solo album. they just should stop making music together cuz after a while bands run out of ideas, which is the case on this shitty album. and secondly, the transition between purple and tiny music was big, only difference that was a fucking great transition, not like shangri to this.

  • @24jamestown DUDE, WE ARE BEING HONEST!! the new album kinda means STP will continue to make music, despite watever ppl like YOU say. what u say is an opinion, not a fact. yer not correct about this album being shitty its all about personal preference...so please shut yer noise tube and be quiet and you have to admit, that anything being made RIGHT NOW by other....[non] artists is very shitty compared to the new album even if u dont like it, its true.

  • @waynesan31 I agree favorite song on the album but alot of good tunes like hazy daze fast as i can between the lines. its a pretty solid LP although i dont care for the mellow tunes like maver and first kiss. i like it better than 4 for the most part.

  • @waynesan31 I don't mind the band evolving - I just wish Scott could still sing.

  • @waynesan31 ....i don´t agree... there ´s still a strong taste of the 90´s. But whatever, I love Core, but this new album is just great!!!

  • @waynesan31 to be honest, i was looking for a mixture of all those albums...wishful thinking i suppose...nothing beats a fast paced song by them (crackerman/sex type thing) although i love their slower stuff (adhesive/and so i know)... for the fast paced, i didnt really get that here...

  • @Vrfan88 fast paced? try fast as i can :P

  • @Vrfan88 Yeah, I hear you. For me, when they turn up the distortion they are awesome, and if if I could have my way, I would have had them chuck in a few songs like Down or Meatplow. But this is the music they've given us and I think it's still damn good.

  • @waynesan31 well said>>>

  • @waynesan31 I personally love how STP involved. What's great about them is every album had it's own sound. awesome band.

  • Thank god. I heard a couple tracks from this cd before this one and I thought they re embraced the pop sound over the experimental. Glad thats not true. Not saying their mroe generic sounding stuff is bad its just not unique. Its not their fault its nt unique, its all the groups that copied them.

  • @waynesan31 agreed, but those are still amazing fucking albums :P.

  • @waynesan31 i wish it was tho lol

  • Scream was shit even though i love chris, he got back with soundgarden so i can't hate on him too much, but stp is the greatest of all time. Scott can sing any style and still kick ass. Dean and Robert are also creative with the music aspect

  • Every cd is different and original what bands do that besides them??? Well maybe pearl jam but who else???? And screm from chris cornell doesn't count.

  • @Iknowgoodmusic pearl jam started to suck after their first album.

  • great album! purple is the best album ever made though

  • This is classic stp sound. Listen to the early demos before Core was released. They always were a blues rock band.

  • No offense to any dudes who like this, but Scotty, your VR stuff is starting to look epic compared to this..

  • @jtdurden How can you compare VR to STP? You totally don't get the fact that STP can catpture the sound of every Rock era and make it sound right in place then & now.

  • they're fucking great! how long I wait they come back to their REAL SOUND! every album is different but I can recognize their mark in every single piece.

    WTF I love these guys!

  • i love this song and to tell you the truth this might be there best cd all in all i like every song on it

  • @nashman19751999 dont be silly.

  • @joronamo888 dont suck

  • @nashman19751999 It's a wonderful, wonderful CD but let's not get carried away! GREAT track!

  • When people give this song a few more listen they'll understand what an amazing song it really is....and peoplle can't expect STP to sound like core or purple thats wwhat makes a band great from evolution!

  • Best song on the new album :)

  • I guess those "fans" who are bitching on this album know only Core. You can´t expect an STP album sound like an other. Only few parts maybe. But not more.

  • ugh... :( was hyped for the new but but...not now

  • STP take every cd to a different level and sound. If your a fan you should know. So if you dont like it go back to your lady gaga

  • terrible, cannot dig this at all

  • what a great song! this song "between the lines" and "hazy daze" are my favs so far

  • can't get this baby out of my head ... this song will be a hit methinks ...

  • Favorite tune on the album. also between the lines and hickory dichotomy are kick ass.

  • peacoat supppp 90's stp briilyancccccccccccccc :)

  • where is the craziness?? arghhhh...the music is abit too canned. better than what else is on offer though.

  • roguemember this one is growin on me now the only one that isnt is bagman and ive listened to that a lot, 11 out of 12 not bad

  • This IS one of the better ones... but what about Huckleberry Crumble?!

  • i dont know whether to love this album or go and listen to purple

massive kudos to stp for doing something different and fresh - definately never boring!

  • Peacoat and Take a load off are definitely my favorites at the moment.

  • @soundsinchains Personally, they're the only 2 songs that sound anything reminiscent to classic Pilots. Not hating on the rest of the album, but more songs along these lines would've made for one bad-ass return. Just my opinion.

  • not feeling this one yet

  • @kristianPJ

Give Purple and Tiny Music a few listens and this one will be felt.

  • @kristianPJ Aw please give it a few more listen....it was my worse till i smoke to it and felt the direction stp is trying to go with it...soo grungy if you give it a few more listen youll understand it promise!
