@123InDaPlaceToBe Hope you didn't buy GTA 4 because you seen people with the same GFX card run it. Look at the full specs to see if you can run something well. To play it smooth you need a decent processor. If you have one, then you likely need to reinstall windows and or physically clean the dust out of your machine :P

A video card ain't jack without the rest of the pc being up to par. Graphics cards are not the magic key that enables you to play good games ;]

why did you put you textures to medium? i have them on high, though i reduced the vis. distance and details, but on 1080p resolution it still runs quite well, i get average of 25fps. and yes i have the same card and 4gb of ram ddr2

I have ordered the 4670 and I'm running x fire and will have one of my 4550 in the other slot, think it will be nice, I got 2 x 4550 now and it runs but not too well, I have beaten the game once tho :) so it sure works :D

Well any video card can do max settings you just have to unlock them... but that sounds about right for a duo core cpu or a low end quad its more cpu then video card related for thig game
