If you have not removed the source of the water and moisture problem then the mold will grow right back, the only permanent solution to mold is by physical removal, bleach does not kill mold, it only turns it while, bleach is mostly water, water is the worst thing you want to put on mold. Dead mold can be just as allergic to dead mold. Mildew is not found on indoor environments, only outdoors. I have been studying mold for over 10 years now.
