This is the right way, I had a same one on my back and squeezing the puss out all the time but it stayed ther. My doctor removed it and said the outside of the cyst was grown togehter with the skin. So squeezing out the pus would only remove the pus not the entire cyst like with a pimple (if done the right way) Therefor he told me the lipoma would fill up again with pus over time again and again until the outside part of the lipoma/cyst was taken out of my skin. Explosion is nicer I know!
