  • Nice work, you look good the one que I would give for you on this sumo style right now is just get the chest as high as you can. Push the chest high and keep it there that will have you stay hard arched not fold over and pull back not up. CHEST HIGH!!!!! That will stop the weight from getting you out in front of your self as the loads go up, Be patient, every inch the hips move make the chest go with it.

  • I appreciate it Phil, hips do shoot up quite a bit and have for awhile, theres a few mobility issues there I'm working my way through. I definitely need to keep the chest higher...just becomes harder and harder after 5+ reps.

  • No prob. I for sure her you on the reps but just think of it this way, by aiming to keep great form on the higher reps thats away to mimic what you would do at a higher load due to the accumulated fatigue. make an asserted effort to try and nail the form on those late sets, thet wont be perfect and neither will most maximal lifts but he aim for perfection is what your looking for
