  • yes very good thinking. we have a project to do the exact same thing that you are doing. we have almost the same idea, but the way you set it up is definetly something well have to consider in our plans

  • Make sure you use bearing for the wheels. We used the bearings from an old pair of in-line skates and epoxied them to the frame with the shaft in place.

    The wood stiffner was drilled out to reduce weight and the yellow no-trespassing sign was just to hide the holes. The car did quite well in the competition.
