I laugh how so many of the things she does in this move to get the kids attention and the things she is "lenient" on in terms of discipline goes against what most administrators, mentor teachers, and college professors would tell you. Often they tell you "be a bitch" starting out and don't put up with any of them trying to push your buttons so give detentions... I digress, it makes your relationship with them more challenging.
