It's probably time for me to move to another apartment. I've been living here for 8 years, and it is in need of new remodeling. I've never lived in an apartment where I had to repaint it and stuff. Usually maintenance does that.

Also, you have the pillows by the window. Does that mean you sleep facing away from the window? I like to sleep facing the window, that way in the summer I wake up easily around 6-7am when the sun comes up. Maybe you're not an early riser like me?

I already wake up way too early as it is because of the light. When it's completely dark in my room, I'm able to sleep 'til 10, but with all the sunlight falling in I get up at 8. I prefer sleeping in though :)

Dorms are kinda expensive, but mostly: the apartment's pretty cheap :D I'm paying less rent than some of the people I know who are living in a one-room dorm (and have to share a kitchen and bathroom).

I think no mac support means they don't know how to set up your connection and that you are one your own. Should be fine as long as you don't try using their proprietary software which is probably for a PC.
