Your recipe is quite good and similar from the original one we do in Italy but if I could give you an advice you should mix egg yolks and sugar before putting in mascarpone cheese! However very good!!

I tried this recipe and everybody loved.
So I did again 4 times and worked very well.
This recipe is very interesting for not using milk cream, so it becomes light keeping the flavour.

Er. Its "Hen Qi Guai" Not "Hen Chee Gwai". :D Anyway, may I know here to get the Kalua? I could'nt find it at COld Storage. I'm Singaporen too. :)

Hi, I used 1 tbsp of sugar, not alot because the sponge fingers are coated with sugar and the Kahlua is sweet.
