i am fan of terminator movies too,

but i don't really assume you have to have relationship going that deep until machines can kill you ;)... and that flying car... probably would need computer-aided guiding and traffic control systems, (*and parking peeps) so you would really not fly that yourself, until it is some isolated area where you can fly for fun... and probably those 'flying cars' should not be granted to everyone anyways

First, not everyone is able to pass a pilote licence.

Also, the car will cost around $200.000

But if you are flying little airplanes, the flying car is great because you can just drive it from your house and take off at your local airport, you avoid parking fees (you have to pay fees when you leave your airplane at the airport's Hangar)

When I think of flying cars I think of cars that hover just about as high off of the ground as a regular car sits on its tiers and there would be no worrying about pot holes or big bumps it would just be on smooth ride and no worrying about traction in the snow.

I used to dream (as a kid) that I had a self propelled helicopter you pedaled like a bike. It only just barely went over the treetops but it was soooo much fun. Even then though I realized that if everyone had one there would be major problems.

Imagining technology is interesting because it's always done within the context of our present lives. Looking back, even the flying saucers had doors big enough for people to walk through :D I'm amazed at what we have, and I'm also intrigued by how 'normal' our lives are.
