how do you get out of it? like once the girl is all the way unwound where do ya'll go from there?

That is the trick! The best way is for the guy to let down the girl's leg as he pulls her arm up, and she stands going directly into an inside spin. It takes practice to make it look smooth, but it can be done :)

thanks man, i was thinking of just stepping over and pulling her through my(the guy) legs. do you think that will work? i haven't gotten the chance to try it out yet.

I think it will work. Just remind the girl to bend her arms at the elbow making a 90 degree angle before you pull her between your legs- it will make your job MUCH easier.

I know its been a while since you made this comment, but what we do at the place i swing dance is once she is down, The guy spins her back up into his arms and sets her down from there
