  • @sebbimon Best lower back pain exercise, believe it or not, is sleepin on hard floor. You can put some simple camping foam mat under yourself or warm sleeping bag, if it's too cold there. Not for every night, but once in a while its a pretty good idea.

  • @TheSportz22 well i didnt really quit working out..so it slowly went away after about 2 months. I just bared through the pain every day i did squats / dead lifts lol. Probably not a good idea...but I hate the idea of not being able to work out. It's gone now tho thanks to stretching and working on better form.

  • It somewhat worked, I guess you have to do this regularly right? I did the leg stretches and I could feel tightness behind my thigh, I guess it was my hip thats causing the pain.

  • Since doing your lower back exercises I saw some relief in one day. I stopped taking my motrin too. That was tearing up my stomach. Now i do them at least 3 times a day. Thanks....you explain the exercise well too.

  • @sadiedog2319 You should invest in the DVD if you haven't already because you need to do stretches for the inside of the hips as well for overall balance. Doing these alone will not take you all the way.

  • hey man one question with this exercises work if i got injuered at the gym i feel like a nerve is pull  fromm my lower back up to my glutt before this happen i could of stretch my hamstrings pretyy easy but now i have a hard time can u tell is wrong with me

  • @1510dinho Try it and see. If you feel pain stop right away and go to the doctor. If it starts to feel better then you're likely on the right track and it's doing you good.

  • hi, about a year ago, i popped my disc and i also had a slip disk. most of it is fine now but i cant bend forward. I get this dull aching pain (muscle pain i think) in my lower back on my pelvic bone. i was wondering if you have any excercises for that? Thanks!

  • I have been dienoted with Neurofibronatosis. they turn in tormers I had a large one removed on my lift buttcheck back in 2003 and i have been sleeping on my right side and there is pain in my right buttcheck and i really can not go and do what i realy love to do is at the mall or something like that. Love looking around but after i start looking my hips start to hurt. My doctor is sending me to Physical therapy for lower back pain and hip pain,. Do you thank that this would help me?

  • @whitetigerhawaii hello there. I am about to try this, I have had a sore spot on my head, had MRI etc but doctor ants me to take Topomax. I refuse as i am convinced i have anerve pain as i spend all day sitting at work and my lower back pretty much is stiff all the time. essentailly my pain happens if i bend my head forwards
