@DicedSocks I've always enjoyed working out my back. In fact it will be the first workout video I post on youtube. The bike is a Indian Scout. Thanks for subscribing!
this guy is a stud i bet he beats the girls off with a stick, fair play dude, you are in great shape, you are a great example of how hardwork can take you far. I wish i can be like u one day
@IwishIcouldFC If you had about 660 calories more then your body needs each day it will help toward your goal. The weight gain shake can help you. However, 17lbs is a lot of weight to gain so fast. Thats almost an 18% gain of your total body weight. Start consuming more calories and training in the 12-15 rep range. Lets worry about getting to 110lbs first
excellent work my man....can u give a biginner some advice? ..i kno diet is key ...but is there any tips u can give to increase caloric intake easier and how to accomodate the massive intake of food for someone who isnt used to eating that much
@rocky1399 that was always my biggest problem! Weight gainer shakes helped a lot, adding healthy fats was a way to boost calories. I'd even have 1 "bad" meal a day to help
Really good progress. Back is great too. Really like your bike too, what is it? Subscribed too, you give out a lot of good info.

@supplementDUDE Thanks for the tip! and should i drink serious mass before or after a workout, or half-&-half?
IwishIcouldFC 6 days ago
@IwishIcouldFC after is the most important. If you can have some before, it wouldn't hurt.

@rocky1399 No problem. Start eating smaller meals more often. If you don't eat much now... slowly add more each week or so
