You go to quick edit. Zoom in on the eyes. Brush over the entire eye, while in quick edit mode, of course. Use the wand tool to select the brushed area over the eye. Now, the brushed eye selected, go to option Layer, New fill layer, Solid Color. Once there, change NOTHING but the mode. You'll see a drop down menu, press SOFT LIGHT. Hit okay. Now, a color screen will appear. Just play with it and the color will change.
