ASA, Bro Nouman you have said a great deal in this brief video. There are many with knowledge and NO humility, which is not a good thing. I thank you for putting the reminder out there. May Allah (swt) continue to bless you and all who truly are seeking it with understanding.
MashaAllah dear brother, may Allah give you the knowledge you really need and make you a man of ehlul-dhikr. I hope that one of your next videos will be about a smiliar topic - Humility after getting a lot of knowledge, because many people are worst in point of humility after their learn for years, they think that they are better than someone else - Sheytans main sin. Esselamu aleykum ve rahmetullah!
Moreover, what will be the fate of those who never come in contact with Islam( in the shariah sense)? Please accept my apologies for the barrage of questions, but I am trying to paint an understanding of the characteristics of God in Islam. I would really appreciate if someone could get back to me with some sound answers. Also, a YouTube video describing the nature of God would really help the cause. Thank you, and if the answers satisfy me, I will submit to God right here on YouTube.
@needfreetraffic Hi there, as for your first question: by asking God, the Lord of the heavens and the earth, to guide you it is demonstrating humility towards Him and acknowledging that only He can show anyone the true way of how to live life. The fact that you have an understanding of the religion of Islam is in itself a blessing and a mercy from God, opening your heart and showing you true guidance.
@needfreetraffic As for the fate of those who never come into contact with islam, it is well known that God will not punish them nor hold them accountable for something they were unaware of. Rather God will only hold accountable people who were exposed to His True message. You can find a very thorough and academic discussion on this by a very reputable scholar named Yasir Qadhi on youtube: Salvific Exclusivity - Yasir Qadhi - A Theological Responce 1/6
@needfreetraffic As for a youtube video describing the nature of God, I recommend a video by the same speaker Nouman Ali Khan, where he explains chapter 112 of the quran ( a concise description of God in the Qur'an) search: "Surah Al Ikhlas Tafsir By Nouman Ali Khan-Pt 5" . In this section of the lecture he talks about how the word 'Ahad' (unique) is used to describe God in the Qur'an. If you are able to watch the entirety of this lecture I'm sure it will answer your questions :)
Hi there, I am looking into Islam, but I have a question that bugs me. When scholars tell you to ask your Lord to guide you in your decision of choosing the right religion, how will this help? I mean you will naturally be inclined to side towards the religion that you have understood the most (and in some case it will not be Islam). So would it be just on God's part if you are thrown into hell for this (provided you lived a morally outstanding life in your alternate religion)?
@pisaupoket perhaps some people are so accustomed to finger jabbing they don't see it as an issue, or maybe there are cultural differences involved, but finger jabbing suggests forceful insistence and doesn't convey humility, and is actually considered rude and confrontational in the culture I was raised in.
Humility is important, but jabbing your finger at the camera shows a distinct lack of humility -- it's a very forceful and insistent gesture. If you watch humble people speak they often turn their palms up towards heaven, never with the jab or downward movement of the arms so common among clergy and pride-intoxicated leaders.
@combiz9 this is not how we determine humility. these are the quality that YOU put on humility. for me, as for me, i take is as he is confident and seriously trying to share his opinion with us. cheers!
Why not speaking against a Scholar ? what is the source of it ? . If someone did wrong and spreading lies we must stop it .
Probably you are missing the Hadith which says " In near of end times, scholars will be the worst of people on the earth. Fitnas enter and exit from them " .. I mean bad scholars from above.
@iDialogueFoundation so ur some sort of genius superhuman who can identify bad scholars and also has the ability to be an expert in any given field of study by just Googling??
It's true... I got at yelled at for not knowing that we're not supposed to leave gaps in congregation. People can be nicer about this stuff. Imagine how our REVERT brothers and sisters have it when born Muslims try to take on the "Haram Police" role!
Salaam. Very wise words indeed masha'allah. As our Teacher, Imam Ali said "Youth is a type of madness, for which the cure is old age". People in general should learn how to keep quiet and simply learn, reflect and repent. You're 100% correct, our ego's are vastly inflated and we should really concentrate on ourselves, purifying our hearts and souls and begging that on The Last Day, we are in the company whom Allah Almighty loves and we enter through the Gates of Paradise.
Indeed, this also includes the hate Muslims have against mujahideen. Instead of trying to realize what these people are after and why, we are quick to label them. Yet they seem to be the modern day sahabees. Don't you think?
It seems to me that if you gain knowledge for the sake of the people, you compare your knowledge to the vast majority and you may realise you know more than them and thus beccome arrogant but if you gain knowledge for the sake of Allah, you realise you only know what Allah (swt) has intended you to know and even then it is not even 0.5% of the knowledge that Allah (swt) has and thus you become humbled.
Jazakallah Khair to Qur'an weekly for this video and many others :)
this is worth watching again as a reminder. JazakAllaah Khair. May Allaah reward everyone in Qur'anWeekly and Bayyinah Institute with Jannatul Firdous.
i dont understand the example about the "liquor store" and the "arrogance". Can anybody explain more? Is he saying that being condescending to someone who does a sin with arrogance is wrong? Is that what he meant?
@mrgroovies This is what I think: He was just referring to ourselves, our situation... in the sense, it is easy to say some Muslim selling liquor is doing Haram, easy to accuse him of displeasing Allah... but we should think about ourselves first as in if we are arrogant, that too is also displeasing Allah.
@mrgroovies I think he is saying that the haram that the liquor-store guy is doing, is outwardly - everyone can see that this is haram and we are pointing the fingers easily.
But with arrogance, do we think we are better off? No we arent.. because ALLAH can see that arrogance that no-one else sees, the arrogance that we think we get away with because no-one is pointing fingers like the liquor-guy issue.
When I started coming back to Islam, like he said, everything was black n white to me. Until the day I realized that what I used to do was just stupid. Learning this deen to please other than Allah will NEVER bring success to us. Let's not follow shaytan, May Allah azawajal grant us sincerety in our actions. Ameen.
Good reminder but why do you say "that is the way of the non- believer. The non- believer acquires an education to put a title next to their name..Dr. so-and-so,Phd so-and-so"? This is so judgmental&cultivates a mindset of "The Other". Do you really believe all non-Muslims feel that why? Generalized statement! Why not rather say: it is unbecoming of a Believer to think that way". Shukran, jazakallahu khayran
@laglagga u dont need phd for reading Quran.what the brother meant was that passing comments on the Verses of Quran and interpreting them on your own can have disasterous consequences
@laglagga You don't have to have anything to read Quran, understand it, connect with it. What NAK is talking about is reading it for the sake of future argumentation with the goal of personal gratification. It's directed towards the 14-25 years olds who have a lot of zeal by nature.
i read about this in doctor aedh al qarnys book called dont be sad a really good book all muslims should read and contemplate upon inshallah jazakom allah khayra jazaa for this video
its sad that in EVERY video related to islam there are arguments of some kind preety sad , but why are there people that aren't even muslim watching this video than talking crap about islam i don't understand jeez just horrible
@2pkjs1351 because these nonmuslims believe that screaming their lungs out to the sheer truth that islam holds will make them look better or make islam look better. Let them waste their so called intelligence on this fight. They WILL NOT win. InsAllah.
because there are very heavily funded programs in place by ??? you should know who. That that is all they do is go online with all media outlets and create mischief and disrupt muslims in anyway. Now Brother Nouman, is like the thorn in their agenda, since Allah has gave him barakah in his speech. In sha Allah, Allah gives them hidayah.
This young brother is right! I lived in the US for over 50 yrs. now. Everytime I tried to go to the mosque, I just couldnt find myself to return, ppl. w/such arrogance b/c they had been praying, just praying, towards anyone new. I cant tell you guys how many ppl. they chased away b/c someone wasnt dressed right, didnt give enough, had long hair, short hair, it was worse than a scene at a bar. I'm not exaggerating either. Inna lillah, the control issues some ppl. had.
Thank you for posting this. It is a very important lesson. There are some debates going on in here which hold no merit. People will always speak without knowledge and there is really no point in arguing with an arrogant and ignorant person. Just pray for them that Allah shows them the way out of His mercy! InshaAllah!
@KeonNeutre man, if u dont like it or disbelieve it, just shut it dont talk abt it, cause its just gnna lead to another war, isnt that what u think? So please we dont want to change ur believe neither d u right,
I do disagree with the point about talking about scholars only. This should be applied to anyone not just scholars. The knowledge they have is between them and their creator but in any case that doesn't give the right to talk about anyone after his\her death especially if it is related to unseen stuff.
The unbeliever put a title beside theire name?!??!?!?!?!?
WHAT?!?!?
Like "DR" Zaki Naik?!?!?!? LOL
This is deeply dishonest. Muslim preachers are much more giving them a title to have credibility among the muslims. Muhammad himself SELF-PROCLAME himself the prophet of god TO HAVE CREDIBILITY!!! You don't even understand what YOU are saying yourself.
----> The message is more important than the messenger!!! <-----
@KaonNeutre When you say the name of our prophet say (pbuh), unless your kuffar then don't worry. Message is more important then the messenger, I agree there.
However you misunderstood what the person in this video is saying. When you gain knowledge in Islam your suppose to be more humble, title or not.
@Perseveranze "Message is more important then the messenger, I agree."
Then you don'T care about someone say or not he is a prophet of god. Because you will evaluate his messages no matter what credibility the guy try to self-attribute to himself. A liar could say he is the prophet of god, tell you what you should believe in and that you can't tell anything over it because you are not god... As long as you believe that guy is the prophet of god, you will lose all objectivity upon his teaching.
@KaonNeutre Might want to try and go back 1400 years and yourself in the feet of one the Arabs at the time of the Prophet(pbuh). Were talking about some hardcore religious people, they loved their idlls and would do anything to protect their faith. So when a man comes and tells them their Idols are nothing and that there is only 1 God, surely something has to be extraordinary for these people to suddenly believe the man who just blasphemed against their Idol Gods and beliefs.
@Perseveranze "surely something has to be extraordinary for these people to suddenly believe the man"
Yeah... and that's why there is still Christians, Jews, Zoroastrian, Hindus, and so on...
How is it surprising that Joseph Smith, hundreds of years after muhammad and many other prophets, succeed anyways to start up a new religion called "Mormonism"?!? How the hell is that possible?!? ...surely something has to be extraordinary for these people to suddenly believe Joseph Smith...
@KaonNeutre "succeed anyways to start up a new religion called "Mormonism"?!? How the hell is that possible?!? ."
1/5 are Muslims in this world. How many are Mormonism, it's nothing, no one barely knows about it or cares about it. Also wouldn't call it a new religion, it's just a sect of Christianity.
So your gonna compare a few thousand to Billions. Righhhhhht...... How intelliget must you be or how much must you hate Islam.
@Perseveranze "How many are Mormonism, it's nothing"
Well, 4/5 of the planet is non-muslim! So, according to your logic (the number prevail), islam is false. You can find numbers out there that say people are leaving their religion much faster than any conversion to any religions.
You see, truth have to be the same for everyone. That is why nearly 100% of the planet think the sun is not moving around us, only 400 years after Copernicus. Islam is 1400 years old! Why it's still only 1/5???
Well... Mormonism is exactly like islam but younger and without an large history of war and conquest. That is why islam has more followers.
"90% of Arabia reverted" Sure... by force (death threats or heavy taxes and so on). Islam haven't convinced more people than heliocentrism. Why? Because muhammad has only poor argument based on fear of hell and reward after death.
@KaonNeutre Which is why in Islam's case, the message is what allowed people to believe in his Prophethood. The truth is, people were told to "cover their ears" so they didn't hear him preach, they did this because that's how much they feared this message he was bringing.
It's too much of a long subject to cover on youtube, but you hopefully get the point. The message was the key, it had to be so powerful to make people at that time believe this man.
@Perseveranze "people were told to "cover their ears" so they didn't hear him preach"
Or many people was listen to him, think about it and knew how impossible this story was... but muhammad made verses for intelligent people: Muhammad says that they want to turn off the light of allah (or factually muhammad) with their mouth. Muhammad says also that only those who "understand" will believe, that allah mislead those who disbelieve, that they will go to hell only for not believing... It's stupid.
@KaonNeutre "Or many people was listen to him, think about it and knew how impossible this story was" - 90% of Arabia reverted, including the hardened Jews. Do your research, they didn't just do for the sake of it, Muhammad(pbuh) started off as 1 man and ended up with thousands upon thousands of followers. After his death, this turned to Millions, today it's in the Billions. Yeah, clearly an "impossible" story lead to this right.
@Perseveranze " Muhammad(pbuh) started off as 1 man and ended up with thousands"
Can you not say the exact same thing for ANY prophets?!? Jesus? More follower than islam! Bouddha? Less followers than islam but NO EXPANSION WAR!!! Islam didn't spread world wide like when someone discovers something true (ex.: the sun is not moving around us). Islam only spread by war, indoctrination and fertility rate.
@KaonNeutre Lets take a look at what Non-Muslim historians say on the matter though? The biggest revolution in the whole of mankind, happened with Muhammad(pbuh). In 23 years, he didn't just change a state, it's laws, he changed the way people lived, acted ALL THE WAY to how they even think. He done that in 23 years, the biggest revolution in the smallest amount of time, pre-Islam compared to after-Islam era, that's not normal.
Also, God says it not Muhammad. And it's this verse -
That is your BELEIF. For me, muhammad is the author of the quran. He may had help from friends but the quran contains the same knowledge of that time, with the same good points but also the same mistakes.
"Their intention is to extinguish Allah's Light (by blowing)with their mouths"
That is muhammad speaking and he's afraid that intelligent people show that he just lied. That's all! An all knowing god would not be afraid to be "extinguish" in a debate!!!
@KaonNeutre "Their intention is to extinguish Allah's Light (by blowing) with their mouths: But Allah will complete (the revelation of) His Light, even though the Unbelievers may detest (it)". - (Quran 61:8)
You look at the odds for Islam to become such a massive and dominant religion, even today the odds that it's growing at such a rapid rate despite idiots like yourself having the misconception and hatred for it, the media propoganda, you name it.
What is growing "at such a rapid rate" ?!? Do you know the birth rate of muslims?!? That explain 99% of the higher growth rate of the whole religion! Why in India, where islam coexists since several hundreds years, the is still 90% of hindus?!? The glorious words of god didn't convince anyone?!? lol...
@KaonNeutre Also regarding the "Allah misleads disbelievers", your understanding again sounds like it's from a anti-Islam site. Everyone has free will, God gives you opportunities, he might've given you opportunities to learn more about Islam, to know the truth about it, but instead you choose to follow your ignorance and go on the anti-islam websites and decide to munipulate the truth based on that. It's basically God saying,
@Perseveranze "Everyone has free will" Take a look on verse 4: 119. Allah has mislead people...
The truth is not islam pal. And the best way to convince myself of it is to read the quran and hadith. I don't care about anti-islamic sites of indoctrinated muhammad worshipers. I refer my judgment to the quran itself. And that thing CANNOT coming from an all knowing god. Because I know much more than this.
@KaonNeutre well if your going to close your heart without even trying, being so ignorant and unthankful, then I don' need you.
As for those who disbelieve, no one can ever say what their fate is. A disbeliever could insult Islam and they would go to hell. However, the fate of a disbeliever who has never heard of Islam is not the same. No one can say what will happene on Judgement day, the Prophet(pbuh) said that even the Muslims will only ever get into Paradise by the Mercy of God.
@Perseveranze "if your going to close your heart without even trying, being so ignorant and unthankful, then I don' need you."
Do you know a lot on Buddhism? On Zoroastrianism? On Shintoism? How has really a closed hearth?!? You blindly believe in you quran. You are the one that has a closed heart because you just can'T "TRY" to understand WHY I CAN'T believe in the quran...
"will only ever get into Paradise by the Mercy of God." Yeah right... the paradise with virgins and river of wine? lol
@zairt It's not because it goes against your "beliefs" that it is non-sens. Especially if your beliefs goes against common sense and hinder your reason to work properly...
@KaonNeutre No Muslim will say "i'm going heaven", we always say "God Willing" to humble ourselves and realise that we have no idea what lies in store for anyone in Mankind.
@KaonNeutre In Islam, "believing" is not enough. Anyone can do that, you have to actually walk the walk instead of talking. Actually show your a believer, do Good deeds, pray to God etc. This isn't Christianity where if you say "i believe in Jesus christ as my saviour" you get a free ticket to heaven lol.
@KaonNeutre Today, it is easy for someone to convert to Islam, nearly 2billion followers, fastest growing religion in the world.
1400 years ago though, it wasn't easy. And that's why it's pretty clear the message itself had absolute importance before anyone was able to say he is the Prophet(pbuh) of God.
@Perseveranze "Today, it is easy for someone to convert to Islam, nearly 2billion followers, fastest growing religion in the world."
Yeah.. it is quite easy to leave too... I always find it funny to ear muslims shoot numbers about conversion to islam but never tell the number of apostates. The number of conversion is meaningless if you don'T know how much leave, how much convert to christianity, to buddhism, to atheism, etc.
@KaonNeutre Lmao, that's what every Anti-Islamists say, without realising that the sources of such claims aren't from the Muslims, it's from their own people, we just quote what they say.
Most of the people despite being such a minority that leave Islam end up returning to it after anyways. Common sense should tell you that more people would revert to Islam's strict Monothiestic beliefs, then end up converting into something that tells you a Man is a God. Or we have purpose in life
@Perseveranze "When you gain knowledge in Islam your suppose to be more humble, title or not."
Yes, and that you are muslim or non-muslims. This guys talk about "non-believers" as if they were using their title "because" they are non-belivers. Actually, muslims are doing this MUCH MUCH MORE than non-muslims!!! So I said that it was quite dishonest from him.
The second thing is that having a lot of knowledge, lead you to KNOW that the message is more important than the messenger...
@MuslimALhamdoulilah "without messenger there is no message .... think about it!"
This is meaningless. You didn'T understand my quote at all!
"Message is more important then the messenger." means that you should judge a message from its meaning, not from the notoriety of the messenger. Judge the message even if the guy is a Dr, a PhD or claiming to be the prophet of god. Obviously, no message, nothing to judge (lol...)
Mashallah the brother is saying exactly what i have been thinking for a long time and still continue to do so and i am 29 now. May Allah forgive me for my rashness and hastyness with my tounge.
Mashallah the brother is saying exactly what i have been thinking for a long time and still continue to do so and i am 29 now. May Allah forgive me for my rashness and hastyness with my tounge
@jefeisdguard anb by the way, kising the stone is a practice from Abraham, and Ramadan was never practiced by Quraish dear!!
and LEARN: the propht preached islam 13 years, then he had to exile, thenm his enemies fought him and his was given permission THEN to fight, until Islam prevailed, and he died. what falsehood r u sayin that "submission is in war??" really, i tell u, ur ignorance is really of a jokes show hahaha
@jefeisdguard HOW CAN God's BOOK not contain the name of the way of life He has prescribed??
what rubbish r u saying 'obey is in war'?? why do u say this garbage, r u really so ignorant, or is it prejudice and close mindedness to learn anything? why do u say "mu'hd" redefined islam after hudaybiyyah?? r u joking? how many passages in Quran talk about submission to God befor Hudaybiyyah?? PATHETIC IGNORANCE, by God!! Read and learn, or say 'i don know'
HOW CAN God's BOOK not contain the name of the way of life He has prescribed??

PATHETIC IGNORANCE, by God!! Read and learn, or say 'i don know'
@jefeisdguard your ignorance is, with all due respect, patheticly ridiculous!! Islam has always been submission to God, the Prophet preached this during 13 years, BEFORE THE EXILE TO MADINA AND BEFORE JIHAD WAS EVEN AN ISSUE TO TALK ABOUT!! in fact, islam is th core of the Religion!! And Qur'an says 'no compulsion in religion (2:256)' ! the prophet never fought in armed war until after his migration to those who fought against him, my dear! STUDY!
God says in Quran that the religion before Him is man's surrender to His will (islam). And that all prophets were commanded that! Who told u islam is a new religion 'prophesied' in bible??
@jefeisdguard u'r a student of truth? 1st of all, islam means 'submission to God' in arabic. Is dis concept not in the bible? The concepts which r not attributable to d prophets r judaism n christianity! God is not the same. It's as if a jew says that the God of Jesus and Moses r different because he doesn't see the former prophesied in the old testament (certainly the word 'christianity' is not in the OT!! But the concept of obedience to God as the religion IS there
Our BIBLE GOD, ELOHIM, (plural for God); does NOT accept the type of 'submission' that Islam offers. Islams defacto to 'submission' wasnt originally in regards to any diety, but was a warning to all warring opponents to Muhammad in Jihad. Surrender(submit) or else. All have free will & choice even in heaven(as satan did a.k.a. lucifer) Only those who joyfully, willfully w/unconditional love in their hearts desire to be w/God will be accepted. Not forced, duty or learned will do it
Why would the word 'Christianity' be in the bible?
Doesnt matter if ones a Christian or not as long as one tries to emulate & follow the teachings of Jesus.
All should obey God. Muslims forget, their definition for obeying was in war & NOT to "allah" until Muh'd retired from fighting.
Muh'd rephrased the definition of the meaning of Islam after his acquisition of the Ka'aba from the "Treaty of Hudaybiyah". Muh'd carried over pagan traditions of KISSING a rock & Ramadan from Quraysh
@jefeisdguard You are making absolutely no sense. You are mixing Christianity and Islam together and then questioning the Prophet (pbuh). Can you please make your question clear so that I or other people might be able to answer it. Thank you
Mixing Christianity & Islam together? Are u implying Muh’d is NOT subject to laws of Moses? Muh’d adhered to Q 4:24. Possession of his right hand means he abused priveleges w/captives but in re; to Lev 18:15 he came unannounced into the tent of his daughter-in-law & wanted her. Muh’ds adopted son learned of this & immediately divorced Zaynab so Muh’d could marry her.
Muslims for yrs have BOASTED of Muh’ds libido to 30 men. No true prophet of God has Muh’ds repulsive resume.
The verse 8.24 Allah (God) is telling men (this includes ALL men of mature age) not to marry women that are already married and that they are allowed to marry slave women (of mature age) if the family are the one that possess the women.
In (18.15) Allah is telling every believing men and women (muslims) not to invent lies against God. These are two totally different verses. What do they have to do with the prophet (pbuh)?
The verse 8.24 Allah (God) is telling men (this includes ALL men of mature age) not to marry women that are already married and that they are allowed to marry slave women (of mature age) if the family are the one that possess the women.
-UNQUOTE-
Where did you assume I was referring to a the quranic verse Q 8:24?
I really cant find jefeisdguard here... please add me on facebook and I shall finish up your confusion about life... You truly are one nice person and im NOT sarcastic... i mean it... :)
"Asad Zubair Bhatti"
there is only one asad zubair bhatti on facebook lol so it wont be difficult finding me... my dp is "muslim digest" thanks and jazakallah :)
36. Does man think that he will be left Suda [neglected without being punished or rewarded for the obligatory duties enjoined by his Lord (Allah) on him]?
37. Was he not a Nutfah (mixed male and female discharge of semen) poured forth?
38. Then he became an 'Alaqa (a clot); then (Allah) shaped and fashioned (him) in due proportion.
39. And made him in two sexes, male and female. Wait for my next comment, charecter limit reached
My fren lemuriavi.. yes u r right, that islam is not mentioned in bible, wow, so many things that u dont know about islam, originally it was not called islam... more of u to learn about the bible and hindusm..;) last messenger was mentioned in bible, even was mentioned in veda book of hindusm.. so pls go read more, pls watch Dr Zakir Naik explain on your 'knowledge' if u seek he truth, then i shall tell u the truth..;)
A simple answer to people like jefeisdguard, is Surah Al-Baqarah Ayat 6. If someone is truly sincere in knowing and understand Islam, they will see its beauty. If someone, instead, looks for its mistakes, loopholes and weaknesses, Masha'Allah, swallow your anger and allow Allah to deal with them.
Insya'Allah let's not get angry over people who are already mentioned in the Quran.
I didnt get this message you sent three weeks ago until someone responded.
I dont adhere to the credibility of the quran there4 disbelieve & distrust everything written in it b/c it contains NO outside proof as does the bible.
But furthermore, someone has to PROVE Islam was validated by God in the bible b/c as far as I can see God NEVER RECOGNIZED ISLAM!
I believe the reason why is b/c Ishmael was [cast out] meaning Muh'd has NO ancestor that links him to one whose seed was called
To me personally,Allah has given us wisdom and understanding of the Quran, its could easily be understood, its no arrogance when someone understand something ordinarily without depending on how it was understood by scholars, its Allah that gives wisdom to his slaves.what about the case of washing of feet to the ankle when Allah actually says wipe, and majority of people have falling for it since ages,Remember Allah wont ask me and you how you understood it from some source or imam etc but how you
Salam to everyone, I can't believe how foolish I have been in the past, I thought I was the only person with the right opinion and everyone else was wrong but all thanks to Allah(swt) I realized how wrong I was. I used to go to websites and copy and paste some hadith or verses or fatwa to "refute" other muslims and even scholars even though I have no qualifications do so. May Allah(swt) guide all the Muslims who are still trapped in this misguidane.
@jefeisdguard Brother Nouman Ali Khan makes an important point. most of us who "research" theology online, and then use that knowledge to argue with others about religion, we are not qualified and we have not studied enough to truly know what we are talking about.
you speak of Biblical foundations. have you read the Bible in its original language, Aramaic? have you even read it in its oldest Greek translation? what of the Torah? have you read it in Hebrew?
Are you the shining example of Islams intelligentsia?
If so, pray tell; how does Islam expect itself to be a bonafide religion of God when God(allah?) doesnt recognize Islam, Muhammad, quran, allah or a muslim scripturally, biblically or in any archaeological evidences or eye witnesses that only corroborates the bible?
In fact, Ishmael is [cast out] (meaning Ishmael forfeits all birthrights) & God confirms this by calling Isaac Abrahams ONLY SON!
@jefeisdguard What's good for you is what He's given to you. If the word of God still couldn't opens you to the right path, what's the possibility of me, to convince you in anyway?
That might be or should be a turn off for you as an answer.
But, if I really want to do justice to Islam, my advice is, to ask a Muslim scholar.
It doesn't make sense to me to say Allah doesn't recognize Islam,Muhammad,Allah, etc.
@lemuriavi You wrote: -QUOTE- What's good for you is what He's given to you. If the word of God still couldn't opens you to the right path, what's the possibility of me, to convince you in anyway? -UNQUOTE- Convince me of what? That God DID NOT: -cast out Ishmael OR CALL Isaac Abrahams only son? -call the seed of Isaac or give him a covenant? -name Isaac personally? -promise Isaac to Sarah & Abraham? Are YOU implying I am NOT adhering to Gods word scripturally? If so, then CORRECT me.
As long as you can see the truth in it, it's for you, unless, who am I to say you're wrong or devient or whatever. You might be as well better than me in the future too. Allah knows best.
May Allah brings guidance for whom who seeks.
-UNQUOTE-
By knowing the words of GOD, biblically; I can say truthfully YOU & Islam are wrong.
Islam has NO foundation biblically or scripturally.
All prophets are from Isaac & Jacob & NONE come from Ishmael or the sons of Keturah
Seriously, I'm not interested to impose my understanding on Islam on you. Islam has always been about invitation.
-UNQUOTE-
BS.
Islam has always been about conversion thru intimidation & FORCE.
Islam FORCED Safiya to submit thru intimidation (watching Muh’ds men BUTCHER her father & husband) & within hours of that; Muh’d RAPED her, forcing her to convert to Islam & marry him.
Rayhanah didn’t convert or marry but allowed herself 2B a sex slave after her rape
@jefeisdguard I could only see hates in your false facts. Only Allah could help cleanse your heart. May Allah guides you. I've seen a lot of people like you, that finally embrace Islam. I'd be happy for you when you start to reflect and ponder.
Insyallah.
I hope I can spend more time with you but I'm sorry, I just can't, I've other responsibilities aside.
@jefeisdguard What makes you think, they'll be some muslim scholars who'll come to youtube just to answer your questions?
A teacher don't find their students, it's their students who search for the teachers.
If you see muslims calling other believers with names, trust me, Islam doesn't teach us to do so. If Muhammad himself can withstand the insults and badly injured by the people of Taif, what makes the muslims have the rights to name others like that?
If Muhammad himself can withstand the insults and badly injured by the people of Taif, what makes the muslims have the rights to name others like that?
-UNQUOTE-
If this is what truly happened then Muh’d DID NOT have the upper hand in that situation.
Muh’d has KILLED all who have criticized his new religion.
Remember, after his 75 raids pillaging & plundering for “booty” two of the 75 were ‘defensive’; meaning Muh’d was the instigator on 73 raids.
@jefeisdguard Salam warehmat Ullah wabarakatoh... i need some answers from you....
1) If you think that Jesus is the SON of God Almighty because he had no father.. shouldn't Adam (a.s) the BIGGER son of God ALmighty because he had no father and no mother??
2) "And the swine, because it divideth the hoof, yet cheweth not the cud, it is unclean unto you. Ye shall not eat of their flesh, nor touch their dead carcass."
[Deuteronomy 14:8]
Should i not be a BETTER christian than MAJORITY of christians?
3) Deuteronomy chapter 18 verse 18:
"I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and I will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him."
@asadbhatti666 because I do not eat pork, and majority of christians eat pork? i believe that not just by claiming christians or by worshipping the cross, one becomes a good christian for he should ALSO respect the ORDERS given by God Almighty...
D. "We created him before out of nothing?" (Q 19:67)
E: "He has created man from a sperm-drop (Q 16:4)
Gen 2:7 states how Adam was made. Adam was a born sinner & Jesus was NOT. Adam was flesh & blood & Jesus is the “ ETERNAL WORD” that became flesh (John 1:14)
@jefeisdguard i sincerely ask you to ask imams or khalid yasin or nouman ali khan regarding quran. even i am muslim, i cant talk bout quran very much because my knowledge is not that much. afraid that if i you will be more confused. talk with someone who is much2 better and learn tafsir quran for years. they know more what they are talking about. you want to know the truth, u need to seek someone who knows it well. not us in the tube.
i dont know what are the things that make you confused. if u asked me bout bible, im not the one.. do you know dr. zakir naik? he knows bible more than most Christians. so i advice you to give him a message and ask him bout it. he has a forum and FB account. he is a reliable source. u can search for his video. i hope you can find the truth soon. insyaAllah.
@jefeisdguard A: This is scientifically TRUE. C: 30- "...and from water We made all living things. Will they
not believe even then?" Water + dust = clay. Just like 1 + 2 = 3. D: There was nothing, he created everything to be able to create man. He created the "1" and he created the "2" to be able to create the "3"(man). E. This is scientifically TRUE.
This video is about NOT arguing, and here are people arguing. The irony...

The fact that you have an understanding of the religion of Islam is in itself a blessing and a mercy from God, opening your heart and showing you true guidance.
sakinahmeanspeace 2 months ago
@needfreetraffic As for the fate of those who never come into contact with islam, it is well known that God will not punish them nor hold them accountable for something they were unaware of. Rather God will only hold accountable people who were exposed to His True message. You can find a very thorough and academic discussion on this by a very reputable scholar named Yasir Qadhi on youtube: Salvific Exclusivity - Yasir Qadhi - A Theological Responce 1/6
sakinahmeanspeace 2 months ago
@needfreetraffic As for a youtube video describing the nature of God, I recommend a video by the same speaker Nouman Ali Khan, where he explains chapter 112 of the quran ( a concise description of God in the Qur'an) search: "Surah Al Ikhlas Tafsir By Nouman Ali Khan-Pt 5" . In this section of the lecture he talks about how the word 'Ahad' (unique) is used to describe God in the Qur'an. If you are able to watch the entirety of this lecture I'm sure it will answer your questions :)
sakinahmeanspeace 2 months ago

If you watch humble people speak they often turn their palms up towards heaven, never with the jab or downward movement of the arms so common among clergy and pride-intoxicated leaders.
combiz9 6 months ago
@combiz9 this is not how we determine humility. these are the quality that YOU put on humility. for me, as for me, i take is as he is confident and seriously trying to share his opinion with us. cheers!

Why not speaking against a Scholar ? what is the source of it ? . If someone did wrong and spreading lies we must stop it .

It seems to me that if you gain knowledge for the sake of the people, you compare your knowledge to the vast majority and you may realise you know more than them and thus beccome arrogant but if you gain knowledge for the sake of Allah, you realise you only know what Allah (swt) has intended you to know and even then it is not even 0.5% of the knowledge that Allah (swt) has and thus you become humbled.

i dont understand the example about the "liquor store" and the "arrogance". Can anybody explain more? Is he saying that being condescending to someone who does a sin with arrogance is wrong? Is that what he meant?
mrgroovies 7 months ago
@mrgroovies This is what I think: He was just referring to ourselves, our situation... in the sense, it is easy to say some Muslim selling liquor is doing Haram, easy to accuse him of displeasing Allah... but we should think about ourselves first as in if we are arrogant, that too is also displeasing Allah.
Hope this helps,
JazakAllah Khair
ALoyalServant 7 months ago
@mrgroovies I think he is saying that the haram that the liquor-store guy is doing, is outwardly - everyone can see that this is haram and we are pointing the fingers easily.
But with arrogance, do we think we are better off? No we arent.. because ALLAH can see that arrogance that no-one else sees, the arrogance that we think we get away with because no-one is pointing fingers like the liquor-guy issue.
Hope that cleared it up inshAllah

THINK about it!!
KaonNeutre 10 months ago
@KaonNeutre When you say the name of our prophet say (pbuh), unless your kuffar then don't worry. Message is more important then the messenger, I agree there.
However you misunderstood what the person in this video is saying. When you gain knowledge in Islam your suppose to be more humble, title or not.
Perseveranze 10 months ago
@Perseveranze "Message is more important then the messenger, I agree."
Then you don'T care about someone say or not he is a prophet of god. Because you will evaluate his messages no matter what credibility the guy try to self-attribute to himself. A liar could say he is the prophet of god, tell you what you should believe in and that you can't tell anything over it because you are not god... As long as you believe that guy is the prophet of god, you will lose all objectivity upon his teaching.
KaonNeutre 10 months ago
@KaonNeutre Might want to try and go back 1400 years and yourself in the feet of one the Arabs at the time of the Prophet(pbuh). Were talking about some hardcore religious people, they loved their idlls and would do anything to protect their faith. So when a man comes and tells them their Idols are nothing and that there is only 1 God, surely something has to be extraordinary for these people to suddenly believe the man who just blasphemed against their Idol Gods and beliefs.
Perseveranze 10 months ago
@Perseveranze "surely something has to be extraordinary for these people to suddenly believe the man"
Yeah... and that's why there is still Christians, Jews, Zoroastrian, Hindus, and so on...
How is it surprising that Joseph Smith, hundreds of years after muhammad and many other prophets, succeed anyways to start up a new religion called "Mormonism"?!? How the hell is that possible?!? ...surely something has to be extraordinary for these people to suddenly believe Joseph Smith...
KaonNeutre 10 months ago
@KaonNeutre "succeed anyways to start up a new religion called "Mormonism"?!? How the hell is that possible?!? ."
1/5 are Muslims in this world. How many are Mormonism, it's nothing, no one barely knows about it or cares about it. Also wouldn't call it a new religion, it's just a sect of Christianity.
So your gonna compare a few thousand to Billions. Righhhhhht...... How intelliget must you be or how much must you hate Islam.
Perseveranze 10 months ago
@Perseveranze "How many are Mormonism, it's nothing"
Well, 4/5 of the planet is non-muslim! So, according to your logic (the number prevail), islam is false. You can find numbers out there that say people are leaving their religion much faster than any conversion to any religions.
You see, truth have to be the same for everyone. That is why nearly 100% of the planet think the sun is not moving around us, only 400 years after Copernicus. Islam is 1400 years old! Why it's still only 1/5???
KaonNeutre 9 months ago
@Perseveranze "'is just a sect of Christianity."
KaonNeutre 9 months ago
@KaonNeutre Which is why in Islam's case, the message is what allowed people to believe in his Prophethood. The truth is, people were told to "cover their ears" so they didn't hear him preach, they did this because that's how much they feared this message he was bringing.
It's too much of a long subject to cover on youtube, but you hopefully get the point. The message was the key, it had to be so powerful to make people at that time believe this man.
Perseveranze 10 months ago
@Perseveranze "people were told to "cover their ears" so they didn't hear him preach"
Or many people was listen to him, think about it and knew how impossible this story was... but muhammad made verses for intelligent people: Muhammad says that they want to turn off the light of allah (or factually muhammad) with their mouth. Muhammad says also that only those who "understand" will believe, that allah mislead those who disbelieve, that they will go to hell only for not believing... It's stupid.
KaonNeutre 10 months ago
@KaonNeutre "Or many people was listen to him, think about it and knew how impossible this story was" - 90% of Arabia reverted, including the hardened Jews. Do your research, they didn't just do for the sake of it, Muhammad(pbuh) started off as 1 man and ended up with thousands upon thousands of followers. After his death, this turned to Millions, today it's in the Billions. Yeah, clearly an "impossible" story lead to this right.
Perseveranze 10 months ago
@Perseveranze " Muhammad(pbuh) started off as 1 man and ended up with thousands"
Can you not say the exact same thing for ANY prophets?!? Jesus? More follower than islam! Bouddha? Less followers than islam but NO EXPANSION WAR!!! Islam didn't spread world wide like when someone discovers something true (ex.: the sun is not moving around us). Islam only spread by war, indoctrination and fertility rate.
KaonNeutre 9 months ago
@KaonNeutre Lets take a look at what Non-Muslim historians say on the matter though? The biggest revolution in the whole of mankind, happened with Muhammad(pbuh). In 23 years, he didn't just change a state, it's laws, he changed the way people lived, acted ALL THE WAY to how they even think. He done that in 23 years, the biggest revolution in the smallest amount of time, pre-Islam compared to after-Islam era, that's not normal.
Also, God says it not Muhammad. And it's this verse -
Perseveranze 10 months ago
@Perseveranze "God says it not Muhammad"
That is your BELEIF. For me, muhammad is the author of the quran. He may had help from friends but the quran contains the same knowledge of that time, with the same good points but also the same mistakes.
"Their intention is to extinguish Allah's Light (by blowing)with their mouths"
That is muhammad speaking and he's afraid that intelligent people show that he just lied. That's all! An all knowing god would not be afraid to be "extinguish" in a debate!!!
KaonNeutre 9 months ago
@KaonNeutre "Their intention is to extinguish Allah's Light (by blowing) with their mouths: But Allah will complete (the revelation of) His Light, even though the Unbelievers may detest (it)". - (Quran 61:8)
You look at the odds for Islam to become such a massive and dominant religion, even today the odds that it's growing at such a rapid rate despite idiots like yourself having the misconception and hatred for it, the media propoganda, you name it.
Perseveranze 10 months ago
@Perseveranze "t's growing at such a rapid rate"
Rate of islam: 2.7%/y
Rate of Christianity: 2.2%/year
Rate of population growth: 2.2%/year
What is growing "at such a rapid rate" ?!? Do you know the birth rate of muslims?!? That explain 99% of the higher growth rate of the whole religion! Why in India, where islam coexists since several hundreds years, the is still 90% of hindus?!? The glorious words of god didn't convince anyone?!? lol...
KaonNeutre 9 months ago
@KaonNeutre Also regarding the "Allah misleads disbelievers", your understanding again sounds like it's from a anti-Islam site. Everyone has free will, God gives you opportunities, he might've given you opportunities to learn more about Islam, to know the truth about it, but instead you choose to follow your ignorance and go on the anti-islam websites and decide to munipulate the truth based on that. It's basically God saying,
Perseveranze 10 months ago
@Perseveranze "Everyone has free will" Take a look on verse 4: 119. Allah has mislead people...
The truth is not islam pal. And the best way to convince myself of it is to read the quran and hadith. I don't care about anti-islamic sites of indoctrinated muhammad worshipers. I refer my judgment to the quran itself. And that thing CANNOT coming from an all knowing god. Because I know much more than this.
KaonNeutre 9 months ago
@KaonNeutre well if your going to close your heart without even trying, being so ignorant and unthankful, then I don' need you.
As for those who disbelieve, no one can ever say what their fate is. A disbeliever could insult Islam and they would go to hell. However, the fate of a disbeliever who has never heard of Islam is not the same. No one can say what will happene on Judgement day, the Prophet(pbuh) said that even the Muslims will only ever get into Paradise by the Mercy of God.
Perseveranze 10 months ago
@Perseveranze "if your going to close your heart without even trying, being so ignorant and unthankful, then I don' need you."

Perseveranze 10 months ago
@Perseveranze "Today, it is easy for someone to convert to Islam, nearly 2billion followers, fastest growing religion in the world."
Yeah.. it is quite easy to leave too... I always find it funny to ear muslims shoot numbers about conversion to islam but never tell the number of apostates. The number of conversion is meaningless if you don'T know how much leave, how much convert to christianity, to buddhism, to atheism, etc.
You are deluded... that is the truth...

"Message is more important then the messenger." means that you should judge a message from its meaning, not from the notoriety of the messenger. Judge the message even if the guy is a Dr, a PhD or claiming to be the prophet of god. Obviously, no message, nothing to judge (lol...)

Karamymy 11 months ago
@jefeisdguard u'r a student of truth? 1st of all, islam means 'submission to God' in arabic. Is dis concept not in the bible? The concepts which r not attributable to d prophets r judaism n christianity! God is not the same. It's as if a jew says that the God of Jesus and Moses r different because he doesn't see the former prophesied in the old testament (certainly the word 'christianity' is not in the OT!! But the concept of obedience to God as the religion IS there
Karamymy 11 months ago
@Karamymy
Not forced, duty or learned will do it
jefeisdguard 10 months ago
@Karamymy

Can anyone answer why should one believe in Muhammad when he broke many of Gods commandments?
Stealing, killing, lying & coveting to name a few.
How about this one?
Leviticus 18:15 Thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy daughter in law: she is thy son's wife; thou shalt not uncover her nakedness.
jefeisdguard 1 year ago
@jefeisdguard You are making absolutely no sense. You are mixing Christianity and Islam together and then questioning the Prophet (pbuh). Can you please make your question clear so that I or other people might be able to answer it. Thank you
DeenOverDunya09 1 year ago
@DeenOverDunya09
No true prophet of God has Muh’ds repulsive resume.
jefeisdguard 1 year ago
@jefeisdguard Laws of moses??
It's not Mu'd its Muhammed.

Again, (18:15) is NOT Surat Al-Kahf 18:15 ….
But am specifically referring to the BIBLE not the quran. Muh’d violated the law of Moses by marrying his daughter-in-law

Assalammualaikum to my Muslim friends.

My friend, am truly sorry if I make anyone angry.
Am simply a student of truth.
After years of debating & discussing Islam with muslims I have come to find that Islam is NOT in the bible, regardless what Islam says!
Islam HAS TO BE LYING WHEN THEY CLAIM THEIR GOD IS ALSO THE GOD OF: Abraham, Moses, Noah, David, Isaac, Solomon & Jacob! Why?
B/c God of the bible does NOT recognize, mention, validate, ratify or even prophesy about Islam in any way, shape or form! Sorry

May Allah(swt) guide all the Muslims who are still trapped in this misguidane.

@jefeisdguard Brother Nouman Ali Khan makes an important point. most of us who "research" theology online, and then use that knowledge to argue with others about religion, we are not qualified and we have not studied enough to truly know what we are talking about.
you speak of Biblical foundations. have you read the Bible in its original language, Aramaic? have you even read it in its oldest Greek translation? what of the Torah? have you read it in Hebrew?
i have not. so i won't debate.

Muh’d has KILLED all who have criticized his new religion.

My friend, “allah” is NOT real. Ur understanding of “allah” has its origins from bible.

Should i not be a BETTER christian than MAJORITY of christians?
3) Deuteronomy chapter 18 verse 18:

Was Adam made from different things as the quran states? Quran says man:
A. "Created man, out of a (mere) clot of congealed blood," (Q 96:2)
B. "We created man from sounding clay" (Q 15:26)
C. "He created him from dust" (Q 3:59)
