For those Spanish speaking persons "En bateau" is the French expression for "In a boat."
Para hispanohablantes, "En bateau" es la expresión francesa para "En bote". Hermosa melodía.

And how about those other seeming-relaxed (well, OK - idle) shipmates? Were they perhaps still aboard from a previous voyage?

Have you heard the two-harps version? It's as good as the original version - and sometimes even more beautiful!
