Flintoff has something that Bravo (and the majority of cricketers) don't have: presence. He has got wickets on that alone. When you're watching him live, the whole crowd is lifted in anticipation, even if the opposition is in a commanding position. His stats aren't exceptional, but he certainly is/was an exceptional sportsman.

It's sad, but true. I'm an Aussie, and I say loud and proud that Freddie's the best player I've ever seen in my generation, and it's such a shame that injuries have taken such a toll on him. Always loved watching him play - and England will be hughely weakened for losing him.
