  • It's really interesting watching this after seeing his bbc show on sport and depression. Can maybe see why he didn't appeal the second wicket, and why he doesn't celebrate that much.

  • 2:10 lol gangsta Bob Marley in da crowd!

  • that was also Flintoff's last ODI match of his career.

  • The only all rounder in the modern era that compares to Flintoff is Shakib... Even though they both have different styles :P

  • the one and only........... a very exceptional talent, pity that we do not see him playing any more. well good luck to you brov, where ever you are

  • lmao EPIC!

  • Sulieman Benn says to the umpire middle please. Andrew Flintoff didn't miss!

  • i am from west indies and i dont care what anyone say i respect andrew flintoff for all that he has done

  • the 11 people who disliked this are this west indies team :)

  • fuckfridi now copies his style of celebrating

  • @mattlewis1

    Afridi's celebration is different mate

  • @Tazwegian yea doesn't she look like watto?

  • Freddie is a great player and true legend....but the 1st two balls were absolutely shitty and were played horribly by the batsman....3 rd ball and wicket was good

  • He wasn't the best batsman or bowler but he always gave his all and would command a respect like no other cricketer. For example, 2005/2009 Ashes.

  • What a player

  • I like his bowling action.

  • freddy. the one reason why you had to love the englishmen. the sheer genius of his persona and the numbers that seldom lie. but now....now theyve got the very metro sexual KP. he does all the talking and gets injured. to be fair, it is a darn long walk to the crease! poor KP. I hope his pedicured twinkle toes are intact though. for the sake of english cricket that is.

  • I love this guy, but that's a rubbish hattrick. The first two wickets were full-tosses - Ramdin flicked it on to the stumps and Rampaul missed. Lovely yorker to Benn though.

  • best all rounder i don't think his statistics speaks much of him but truly a great all rounder

  • Flintoff- Best allrounder, who's gonna be missed

  • say what you like about flintoff , he has STYLE

  • haha flintoff is crap. A batting average of 31 and a bowling average of 32. Hopeless. Completely hopeless.

  • @Tazwegian Your a tosser

  • @Tazwegian oh yeah i forgot, what is your batting average and bowling average? How many times you got a hat trick against West indies? how many times you won the ashes? cheers

  • @robelinoyeye I am crap too, what is your point?

  • @Tazwegian Troll obvious troll. He's bloody all rounder who was ranked the no 1 all rounder for years in test cricket and how many guys are around now who can bowl 90mph+ and score hundreds, none. This is one day cricket which he was far better in, averaged 32 with the bat and 24 with the ball.

  • @REVRAC74 Watson is better. Flintoff is gay.

  • @Tazwegian Watson couldnt get a hatrick if the batsmen were three monkeys with broken arms. Watson is a good batsmen but how many fifers has he had, if ur an aussie (which you seem to be) then surly you release your current team is the worst to come out of Australia. Plus Flintoff aint gay, have you seen his wife?

  • @Alexlance1997 Yeah the current Aussie team is shit. Doesn't change the fact that Flintoff loves to suck cock.

  • @Tazwegian ill repeat what i last comented: have you seen his wife?

  • @Alexlance1997 Have you seen 'her' naked. She has a giant cock that Flintoff loves to have shoved in his mouth.

  • gotta love freddie. I'm an aussie and im sad to see him go

  • IF FOR EXAMPLE THE BATSMAN GETS A BIG EDGE TO THE KEEPER IF NOONE APPEALS THE UMP DOESN'T HAVE TO GIVE IT OUT

  • MESSAGE TO ANDREW FLINTOFF THE WORDS U WAS LOOKING FOR IS HOWZ DATTTTTTTT

  • like most British sports personalites e.g. lampard, Gerrard, Walcott, Murray etc. Flintof is very overrated who has a few performances to show for his hype. Dont get me wrong I like flintoff and the excitement he brings but he will never be a great like Imran or Sobers. Sorry England fans

  • @unleashedtrojan you just don't get it

  • @unleashedtrojan

    damm right!

  • @unleashedtrojan True he wasn't as good as sobers or Imran. But you are forgeting another English all rounder, Ian Botham ring any bells?

  • @unleashedtrojan alright flintof is a bit overated, but few performances to show for his hype? are you high? there was a point were he was the best cricketer in the world. And Murray isnt overrated, hes as shit as everyone says he is

  • Were did it come from that flintof cant by a run? Hes quite good at batting, not the best but good

  • Were did it come from that flintof cant by a run? He aint that bad

  • If you want to see a proper hat-trick against the West Indies, look at Glen McGrath's hat-trick against their top order batsmen, Lara included.

  • @imrepohl TOP ORDER OR NOT AT THE END OF THE DAY THEY ARE PRO CRICKETERS

  • What an over rated wanker

  • Your mums what ?!

  • @MrCricket90 internet warrior aren't you

  • You could say that .. im more of a Barbarian than a warrior.

  • Genius

  • Flintoff is a far better cricketer than Bravo with both the bat and ball,Bravo is a decent player but Flintoff has that little bit extra that not many cricketeres have.

  • @gjms30 What extra something? You mean being under 30 and always getting busted for partying and being unfit?

  • Ramdin edge that on to his own stumps if you stop it at 0.57secs you'll see the ball hits the bat! Have seen him play that shot often for 4runs that was just unlucky!

  • not a great bowling action...

  • I don't think the batsman could have stopped the hatrick delivery if he'd stuck a wall in front of his stumps!

  • Andrew Flintoff is the best allrounder whenever he bowls or bats he gets the crowd behind him i wish he could still play more cricket

  • 2:52 big head. no one likes a big head

  • He is huge so he can bowl quick . I am big fan of Frady

  • he was not wirth 1.55 milion

  • @ veltson123.. watson anf flitoff and many other r just cricket players for past 2-3 yrs ass hole... if u wanna knw god why dont u keep a pic of sachin in ur home

  • whn was this match

  • stunning!

  • I met Freddie in his academy I asked him wat does it feel like taking a hatrick and celebrating

  • and he touched your penis?

  • loss, i was so vex when i watch this match..

  • Who won??

  • not flintoffs team, there shit like him

  • FREDALO

  • is it just me or has cricket got exceedingly boring .all the big personalities and characters are gone from the game. we need more guys like freddie flintoff (and thats coming from an aussie)

  • It's just you, although England and Australia have lost some of their big names (Flintoff, Harmisson, Lee, Hayden). Pakistan, SL, SA and India still have stars and showmen, not just workmen.

  • @videoonline72 Bring back Freddie and Warne! Wouldbe great to see all the old crew in a Vets game!

  • @videoonline72 its becos now they all have to be squeaky clean, media savvy conditioned athletes who dare not put a foot wrong by sipping a beer, where Freddie gets maggo during the world cup and has to be pulled out of the Carribean Sea!

  • @videoonline72 I miss Derek Randall. The true entertainer..., we need someone like that, but cricket has got strict. Pieterson gets grief for trying to be different. Blame everyone, there is no winning ....i.e spirit of the game.

  • @videoonline72 Cricket's only boring now because you're not dominating it anymore. I'm English and I think cricket's just spiffing at the moment!

  • @Henners270591 He does kinda have a point though...no Wasim akram,malcolm marshall,dennis lillee,thommo or kapil dev..and i am english:)

  • @videoonline72 We also need Glenn McGrath, Shane Warne, Gilly, Hayden, don't you think so?

  • he may be a jolly guy but if your thinking of performance watson is more of a contender e has a higher first class and test average and has more five wicket hauls in first class cricket so there u go

  • If you think Watson compares in any way, shape or form to Andrew Flintoff, you're an utter moron.

  • Well Watson is the batter that Flintoff is not and Flintoff is the bowler that Watson is not.

    So there pretty even.

Watson probably produces more wickets that Flintoff does runs nowadays anyway

  • @mymentor You're right, Watson is already way above what Flintoff ever was.

  • @shayk47 Yeah - Shane Watson, the minnow killer.

Get back to me when he performs against a proper team.

I'll give it to him - Watson is a greatly improved cricketer, and is a better bat than Flintoff. But with the ball there's absolutely no comparison.

  • @mymentor International cricket is international cricket mate, doesn't matter who they play.

  • @mymentor As a batsman, he does. As a bowler he's not within a bull's roar

  • @mymentor Well Watson is a better batsmen. But flintoff is the better bowler. (England fan here)

  • you are so crazy

  • 2nd wicket i dont thinks thats out

  • Flintoff = Incredible Class

    - Akshay

  • i think watson has more potential then flintoff

  • i agree with u there. People are thumbs downing you because they believe all of the hype that goes along with 1 or 2 good series. Watson is always consistent, quick back from injury and he is quick back into form after a downer

  • mr sydney king, im an aussie but how can you say anything about flintoff showboating when aussies are the most abnoxious and most showboating cricketers in the world.... They can give it but cant hack it

  • Yeh, fair comment. But theres celebrating after a wicket, and then there standing there like you're the King of England. You NEVER EVER saw Glen McGrath do that, and he was 10 times a better bowler than Flintosser.

  • shane watson is starting become like flintoff as a world class all rounder

  • lol i no his a showman but gees he looks lik an abserlute wanka with those celebrations

  • Totally. I can't stand the prick. Not because of his skill, but because of the way he show boats after a wicket. What an absolute wanker!!!

  • those ashes losses still smarting faggit?

  • Don't insult me you loser. We all know who has dominated Ashes cricket over the last 100 years. Come and watch your team get belted 5-0 again next summer and see how you're feeling then.

  • those ashes losses still smarting faggit?

  • believe me its gonna happen to england mate all they been doin this year is struggling on through in south africa barely drawing the match then claiming they are brillian where as aus have been smashing the pakis out of aus

  • yeah, real fearsome, mentally strong pakistan team you had to contend with there.

    lulz.

  • probably still roll england over

  • @ImpatientLime

Dude, as an Aussie, I'd rather see Freddie's celebrations that what Watson did to Gayle, red Flintoff is a gun

  • ..... The ONLY thing I was comparing was their celebration, Flintoff stands on the pitch and does his thing away from the batter while Watson ran up to Gayle and yelled in his face. They are both good players who have been hit by injury in their career

  • @veltson12345 You cant call a player a god after a few good series. Yes you can call ponting a God, yes you can wall Warne a God, they have earned that reputation, but not watson (not yet anyway) however it is your opinion so fair enough

  • @anadeem27 Didn't you read my comment? It said my opinion. But Still Watson's Better

  • @veltson12345 lmao, ever watched a game of cricket in your life?

  • @Tremuoso yeah i have have but i bet u haven't

  • @Tremuoso If you did you would have seen Watson's amateur batting and amateur bowling several times by now.

  • Flintoff has something that Bravo (and the majority of cricketers) don't have: presence. He has got wickets on that alone. When you're watching him live, the whole crowd is lifted in anticipation, even if the opposition is in a commanding position. His stats aren't exceptional, but he certainly is/was an exceptional sportsman.

  • @daveftd Flintoff have nothing on Bravo! Is windies batsmen and windies bowlers made flintoff look good

  • @daveftd IN FLINTOFFS CASE THE STATS DON'T BACK UP THE HYPE THAT SUROUNDED HIM HE WAS VERY OVERATED AND THINK SOMETIMES HE KEPT HIS PLACE NOT ON FORM BUT ON HIS REPUTATION ALONE

  • @DAJAZDJ1 Overrated? Name a better all-rounder than Freddie at the time of this video...

  • @jonesybum

    abdul razzaq

  • @jonesybum well i class chris gayle has an allrounder as an allrounder is someone who bats and bowls and he's far better than flintoff

  • @DAJAZDJ1 No a all rounder is, someone who can get in the side for batting alone or bowling alone, Gayle is a part time tweaker that averages 42 with ball and who's about as much as a all rounder, as you

  • @REVRAC74 I AM AN ALL ROUNDER I OPEN BOWLING AND BAT TOP 5 IT MAY ONLY BE LOCAL LEAGUE BUT I STILL DO BOTH

  • @DAJAZDJ1 IN FACT I RATE GAYLE RIGHT UP THERE WITH GREAME HICK AS THE BEST BATSMEN EVER WELL IN FRONT OF TENDULKAR LARA ETC AND I RATE DALE STEYN AS THE GREATEST BOWLER EVER

  • @DAJAZDJ1 ever heard of players like bradman, hobbs, succliffe, hammomd, boycott, bothom, larwood, snow, laker?

  • @wggraceful WHO THE FUCK ARE THEY NEVER HEARD OF ANY OF THEM BUT BRADMAN

  • this guy is comedy i remember he sleged bravo asking him where will he be in 3 years well guest wat freddy bravo is playin test cricket and your not

  • cricket is merely glorified rounders. the fact an overweight fat unathletic guy like flintoff is considered a top player says it all about the game of cricket really.

  • what in god's name are you talking about?

  • well its hard to play test cricket when yer retierd you idiot

  • jackass flintoff was forced to retire and his career is goin downhill while bravos booming

  • ummm nah mate he retierd cus of injury problems, you see when you put as much effort as he did in every game it can have that effect on your body, Bravos career is the same place it was three years ago i havent seen no improvement and the stats can tell you that aswell

  • it doesnt help to improve your injuries if your drunk every nite and bravo batting has immensely improved and is recognised as one of the best allrounders in the world

  • Yeah I agree, Bravo is a player who can do something no one else can, the only problem, it happens like once every 100 games, lol.

  • But Flintoff is three times the cricketer Bravo is

  • no bravo is a more consistent batsmen

  • I disagree, Flintoff has a test average roughly equivalent to Bravo and has a higher career first class, ODI and List A average, with more hundreds and more fifties to his name than Bravo.

He's also a lot better bowling in all first class and list A cricket (including international) than bravo.

  • TRUE but bravo is 25 odd and flintoff career is declining andnearing its end but based on recent performances bravo definitely has the edge with the bat

  • Comment removed

  • I disagree. Warne took 3 slow steps in his bowling action, Flintoff always charged in. And drinking alcohol doesn't cause you to have knee and ankle surgery. 5 times. Anyway, he's still playing, its only Test Cricket he's retired from.

  • flintoff is far too fat and far far too unfit. he has a cheek calling himself an athlete.

  • Are you kidding!? What about Inzamam? Warne? Kandambi? There are loads of cricketers who are/were less athletic than Flintoff.

  • but warne played on well into his 30s. flintoff is finished right now. his boozing and lack of professionalism have came back to haunt him

  • Unfit? This guy used to bowl 20 overs in the day at 90mph!

  • i loved that champions trophy final in england where the west indies won from nowhere. it was great. another major final down the drain for england

  • He looks like such a wanker doing that stupid celebration

  • a little too full of himself is he?

  • U r right he is gonna play still more

  • the best allrounder after ian botham

  • um wat has steve harmison done lately. dont get me wrong hes good but freddies better.

  • Why's everyone saying 'Gonna miss you'? He's still going to be playing for England, he's just not going to be playing test cricket anymore. It's not like he's finished his career by any means, I'm sure there's still plenty to come from him in ODIs and T20s as soon as he recovers.

  • I don't think he will. His body's shot. Even limiting himself to ODIs and T20s, he's going to be a walking injury for the rest of his career, if he ever gets back on the park.

It's sad, but true. I'm an Aussie, and I say loud and proud that Freddie's the best player I've ever seen in my generation, and it's such a shame that injuries have taken such a toll on him. Always loved watching him play - and England will be hughely weakened for losing him.

  • he is a sin

  • thanks freddy,gonna miss ya.

  • Gonna miss u freddie!

  • warne said flintoffs been one of the best fast bowlers over the past 20 yrs

  • freddie , we gonna miss yuou

  • Come on Freddie lad! Let's have one of them tomorrow please!!

  • no such luck!!

  • hes the man

  • 1. Cook 2. Strauss 3, Bopara 4. Pietersen 5. Vaughn 6. Prior 7. Flintoff 8. Swann 9. Broad 10. Anderson 11. Sidebottom or Rashid (would bat 10)
  • my england squad: 1. cook 2. strauss 3.bopara 4. vaughn 5.peitersen 6.collingwood 7. prior 8.broad 9.swann 10.anderson 11. onions or panesar
  • agree with u mate but i would replace collingwood and bring in freddie

  • The spirits willing but Freds body isn't anymore.

    :-(

  • flintoff is just like shoaib akhtar....he hits injured every 2nd match....

  • cricket is enjoyable, but only the limited overs form (50-50 and 20-20)....but football is much more interesting....

  • 20/20 is way more fun than any sport out there

soccer is a broing garbage game . Soccer will die at the hands of cricket

  • but then respect to both the games and its pioneers

  • Now that's how you celebrate.

  • U all gotta agree that hatrick from freddie was magnificent

  • wahey, i was in the crowd, a few rows in front of the people at 1:55

  • not surprised, he's always this good

  • wow
