This guy is fuckin hilarious and quite the reviewer. I have to say I was a little disappointed w/ the graphics on this game versus the games previous to it. I love love love TP and it will forever be my fave game. OOT is a classic that cannot be topped in my opinion. MM was dark, depressing, and challenging. That game I had to cave in, alot, and look up cheats for. I still love that game. WW caught me off guard w/ the design part, but that is a truly amazing game. Overall, all Zelda games will

my favorite videogame. ever. beat Ocarina of Time to the ground for me.

Oh, and the song was something that i knew about for a long time, but it never clicked with me until i witnessed that twist towards the end. people who played the game know what i'm talking about. the song further establishes that, with the original version (backwards) being Zelda's Lullaby, the character as we have always seen her, and the Ballad of the Goddess (forwards), who she truly is. blew my mind.

It's definitely up in the top five for me. I was hearing really mixed feelings about it before it's inception so I was really skeptical, but by the end of it, I really felt like it WAS, as you said, kinda like an old school Disney movie. I really loved their approaches to everything and even the annoying factors (like Girahim and Fi) eventually equalized into what I consider a beautiful game. :D

I'm not sure about that. I do really like SS, but I had enough problems with it that OOT is still my favorite zelda game. I haven't quite finished it, though, so maybe the end of the game will change my mind. In any case, SS is a LOT better than TP, that was a disappointing game.

I just finished the game, and will I love SS, I still like OOT more. First of all, the difficulty level in SS was a little lacking. There were definately some challenging parts of the game, especially early on in the game, but by the end it kind of petered out. In contrast, OOT consistenly remained challenging throughout the game, and I liked that. SS was harder than WW and TP (TP just held your hand the whole way), but I would have liked a little more of a challenge.

Second of all, and I know you might be confused by this, but the story kind of annoyed me. Why? Because for most of the game you don't really know what's going on. Why do you go to the different locations and get the sacred flames? To find Zelda. Why? Because you're told to, something about an evil coming back that's not really explained, and that's how you progress the game. I would have liked a little more explanation throughout.

My main issue with the story is that they explain little for most of the game, and then explain everything towards the end of the game, so I thought the pacing of the narrative needed work. In that respect, I think OOT did a better job of gradually revealing more and more of the story throughout the game.

And finally, the characters. While SS had more character developement than OOT, I felt that OOT did a better job of attaching you to the characters. In OOT I felt the emotional side of the story, and while I felt some of that in SS, for much of the time I just felt confused. So, that's my opinion, I like OOT a little more than SS. If you disagree, that is fine, we all are entitled to our opinions. Both are great games, but we have different preferences.

the only problem i had with the game, was sometimes i couldn't balance properly on a rope, i would be tilting it to try and keep him to stay on, but he just kept falling off, sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't.

OH MY GOD I GOT ZELDA! I just finished the forest temple(jeez, I agree, so slow). And I have three gripes: 1) The map is not in the corner anymore! grgagagdg 2) I have to choose one weapon at a time and the convenient system from twilight princess is gone. 3) The controls are opposite to the last game. B and then A. Not B and then B and then a to put away. grgagag.

But it's amazing and I'm just being picky. I can't wait to get to the eldin forest!
