great work out. tomorrow im goin to west phuket. kamala beach. i cant wait to go training muay thai there! its good here in finland but thailand is so beautiful and the spirit there is great!
Win or lose when it comes to UFC 125 my hat is off to Phil Baroni for being exciting, taking punishment, and never giving up. He's one of the few fighters who fight on heart and that's all you need if you career is slipping. I support you Baroni. WAR, BARONI!
love phil but i just hope tong po does not kill him in the ring then tear his iska belt in half... tong po tong po tong po tong po tong po tong po tong po ''mylee good fuck''
Baroni's punches have slow down so much...I remember when he knocked the fuck out of Dave Menne. He was as fast as Belfort back in the days. He seems sloppy nowdays. But I respect him. He's a road warrior
He's definantly still got the power, but his kicks seem so slow. Like a slow moving tree trunk coming crashing towards you. If it lands, you're gonna get crushed, but it seems easy to avoid....relatively speaking. I just listened to a recent interview of his and he seems to really have a good attitiude going into this fight. I'll be rooting for him.
I reckon less weightlifting and more pad work and he will be much better fighter. He always used to run out of steam when fighting, if he doesn't KO guy in the first round that is.
Baroni is not out of shape! maybe fighting shape, but all wieghtlifters look like that when they are off season.
Glad to see he is working some new skills knees and kicks we all know his hands are sick . Well no better more positve place to be at. I am sure he will be faster and more unpredictable.
Watch over the next two months Phil is at camp and how he progresses as he works with our nutritionist and weight-lifting instructor along with his intense training sessions.
@danthomson1986 i like phil baroni, respect him as a fighter but that come back better start soon, seen his record?? 14-13 or sumtin like dat hed wanna start rackin up wins, i hope he does

@figthersdreams: Phil improved his speed and conditioning while here in Thailand, by the time he left he looked years younger, stronger, and faster.

This is what he needs.. He doesn't need all that weightlifting stuff he needs to improve his skill-set...

He looked pretty slow. Especially his kicks. I really want to see what he`ll be like in 2 months.
