clean the bus cables from the cpu board to the lcd screen with alcohol and keep the power supply refrigerated. Make more holes on the back or install a computer fan. That s it.
I have the same set here is how to fix that problem. Remove the rear panel and unplug and plug back in all of the cables and do the same for the lcd ribbon then follow my steps on my video the westinghouse it,s been great eversince.

I have the same issue and found a thread on AVS forums.
I took apart the tv and cleaned the 3 ribbon cables from the lcd controller to the mainboard and it has been running for 2 hours now with no problem, cross my fingers this has hopefully solved it.
I am also running it in power saving mode, with the brightness and backlight turned right down, that may be helping some, I am not sure.
Yes, I got a Westinghouse 32" LCS TV that's about 3 yrs old and it has the exact same problem. It's terrible. It usually comes back but it takes several minutes, sometimes 3 min. sometimes 15 min. It's TERRIBLE!
Did you know Westinghouse have a program where you return you old defective 32" and you can exchange for a larger (37" I think) refurbished on for $300. I may try that. But how long will a refurbished one last??
I have a Westinghouse 32-Inch LCD as well and it flickers too... Sometimes worse than this video. I've tried everything but nothing ever seems to fix it permanently. It always comes back... Westinghouse are just terrible. Period.
same issue when hooked up to a pc and i found that turning the blacklight and the brightness down helpes immensely actually i havent had the flicker issues since ive dropped the brightness below 50
I have this very same tv and it is doing the very same thing!!

Looks like that is the signal, not the actual LCD backlight flickering. LCDs should not flicker at all--compared to CRT and Plasma.

I set the backlight which I had at 6 to 0 and now it stopped flickering except when I tried to play PS2 on it
