I ask people to not blame these young men, as they are following orders...whatever...do what you will. Religion is a funny thing; only separates people.

Yea thats right, I understand what you r talking about. Although they are following orders but come on my friend, when you see your family being killed in front of you, sisters and mothers getting raped, brothers being tortured then your mind never thinks other than REVENGE. We dont hate American people but this Illeagle WAR does have an effect like the way Americans had an impact against MUSLIMS after so called 911 Terror Attacks.

PMorphy, don't talk to me about honor. As far as I'm concerned, if you served that makes you a war criminal. The only brave US soldiers I've seen are the ones awaiting trial for refusing to serve, not the ones who committed atrocities. There's a reason God gives you a brain. And I'm not ready to exonerate someone from wrongdoings just because he wears a uniform with shiny badges and an M-4.

These guys asked for what was coming to them. They invaded a sovereign country and oppressed its people. No sympathy for them as they are aggressors. Just like i dont have any sympathy for Saddam, similarly i dont pity these guys.
On another note, soldiers who are trapped in Iraq and want to get home, the american people will have to do something to get them back, or they will be annihilated, eventually.
