2:10 is so badass!! i wish so bad that they would just once play ride the cliche live, it's my #1 alltime favorite song by STP. scott said once in an interview that they will never play it because it's his least favorite they have ever written. sucks!!
Danic95,im curious- can you explain to me in detail exactly what makes a good singer? (i assume u can sing yourself) I respect your opinion, but i just think it's sad that u apparently only appreciate "clean", classically trained singers. If you're a true music fan how can you only appreciate such a limited form of expression? What about just great, memorable melodies? If Kurt didnt have them, he wouldnt be remembered today, he would've disappeared into the background long before he died
A good ginger in my opinion is one who connects with the listener. What makes a good singer to you is entirely up to you. To imply that I am flawed solely because Cobain, and Weiland didn't connect with me is nonsense. Nothing sad about it. Even more sad are the people who refuse to listen objectively.
Odale1606, what makes your opinion valid compared to mine? American Idol? Kelly is the only one I like because she's hot. Cobain, and Nirvana was loathesome to me, so what, get over it.
I'd love to hear Dave singing the STP stuff. When people asked me about Talk Show, I'd tell them it was stp with an awesome singer! I was never a Weiland fan. He was actually what turned me off from STP. Dave gave me hope that bands would start SINGING again. Back then everyone was doing the Cobain/Vedder garbage, Dave actually sang.
you are totally ignorant to be putting cobain in the same sentence as garbage. do us all a favor and stay home and watch american idle and their crappy wannabe singers...
I know your comments are 7 months old, danlc95. And I'm not going on the offensive against you at all, because I respect and almost agree with your opinions. But I wanna know, who are your favorite singers of all time?
Who is singing Still Remains??

"Ride the cliche" is a good song (my opinion) I don't know why the old scott always say that it could be his worst song ever??!!

End of the world is an amazing song.
Not a GREAAAT song, but it's pretty well.

Wow I really never knew that live Talk Show stuff existed! I love the album. Does there happen to be a live version of Peeling an Orange?

The talk show guy sounds like a cross between Scott Weiland and a way less annoying Josh Todd. He's got a pretty cool rock voice.

It doesnt matter. the fact is cobain vedder staley and weiland conected with a whole generation. They connected with the youth and was their voice.

Dave, as in Dave Coutts, the vocalist of Talk Show. He's singing on "End Of The World".

You do realise that someone has uploaded the video for this, right? It's probably from an STP New Year's Eve gig in Orlando.

You cannot find a video of "Still Remains" (w/ Ride the Cliche interlude) live anywhere.
No Talk Show live videos either.

Simplify your search: Stone Temple Pilots + 2001. That should result in 2 pages. "Still Remains" is on page 1.
You're welcomed.

Found it! Thanks. Although it was added a few months after I uploaded this.
