Just curious, but why is this on Youtube? I know guys that do reps with that weight. I wouldn't make comments but this video came up in my list of recommended ones and its not that big of a deal.

not bad but don't forget that comparing your own weight to your lift is the most important thing, I'm 80kg and do 160kg bench press. not sure how much you weigh but your next goal should be to bench 180kg while weighing 100kg
to even out ur strength, try doing dumbell press. helps focuses on those smaller pec muscle groups that regular bench cant hit. after a month on them, going back to the bench ull feel much stronger
good form. lowers the bench slowly to his chest, doesn't bounce it at bottom, and lifts to full extension. His back and ass were on the bench so pretty good going.
yea well no shit he isnt a developed muscular person, he is not a bodybuilder, he powerlifts. powerlifters lift to get strong not muscular. you ignorant bastards have no idea what you are talking about, just because a muscle gets stronger does not mean its going to be developed and cut. bodybuilders train to build muscle and also lower bodyfat, so they obviously will appear more developed than powerlifters.

The point is- this man has completed a very good raw bench. In the past I have benched 405 on three occasions , and I did a complete control negative with 495 ls. It's good to see "real" bench preses for a change without drugs and without these training bra lifting suits.
very true...my comments were harsh i should have been more positive,and i know myself the exitement of doing personal best on the 1 repmax..i think a mix of looking in goodshape and having power is ideal.but hey this isnt an ideal world..good luck..
