CM's Mospeada Legioss & Tread Toy Set

If I heard correctly the guy who commented on the CM's diecasts said that when compared to these the Toynami makes us Mospeada fans weep? I need to know since I want to have my own set of diecast Legioss. To be honest I prefer to wait for CM's offering rather than buy the Toynami or Aoshima versions.
