How long does it take to roast a chicken if I'm going to set set a temperature at 230 degrees? And for pre-heating the oven, how much degrees shall I set?

make sure the chicken isn't pink...but did anyone else notice they put the browned chicken back on the same tray the raw one was on?! doesn't much matter if it's pink then does it?
@aldld Incinerate the fucker for a couple of hours ( a couple and a half if from frozen). Try not to burn your face off when opening the oven. Then go back to watching the end of rustic instructions. Yum.
@LidiyaShadow Oh I gotcha :) I usually use a clay pot so the juices are sealed in without browning :) I will definitely try this to see what the difference is.
Fark the chicken takes less time to cook than watching this video.

Very nice!
Instead of searing the chicken and vegetables, can you eliminate that step, and simply bake/broil for a little longer?
Also, can you broil for half the time, and then bake the other half of the time so that it browns?
Finally, do you believe in brining the chicken?

1. Flavor
2. To make sure that the chicken cooks from the outside in, and not the inside out.

@ArinLudington you need to brown the meat to seal in the juices, frying the vegetables brings out the flavour.
