There were plans for a movie after season 8 but it's been in development hell for years so I doubt there will be one.

One the other hand there was a 3 part special in 2009 called Back to Earth which was great.

So what's your point about the aliens? Being human doesn't just include biology it also includes all the feelings of being human which the aliens in star trek are just as capable of feeling as much as the humans are.

This particular type of widescreen format is called 2:35:1 - sometimes referred to as 'anamorphic' or 'letterbox' (although 'anamorphic' usually means the type of lens used when photographing the image).

There are many other types of widescreen display. I just happen to prefer this one.

And both Hattie and Norman Lovett were/are expected to make appearances in the Red Dwarf movie at some point.

The question of the movie is still a question mark, its up in the air at this point, I guess it really boils down to if the 4 1 hour specials do good (which I think that's what they are hoping for)
