Rand Paul is a LASIK surgeon. Do a google search on lasik disaster, lasik complications, the lasik flap never heals. No moral doctor would continue to preform lasik. He also does cornea transplants which by the way lasik weakens the cornea and some have needed a conrea transplant due to the cornea being weakened by lasik.
