There is a reason why people want to do these things to SA... some people like it MUCH more than IV. Planes are gone (you cant drive any of the ones you see), Choppahs arent fun to fly around in (they are much less responsive). The "realistic" driving physics are so realistic, that the only cars IRL that you can compare their handling with is those with fucked up steering columns. Two out of the HUNDREDS of things wrong with GTA IV.

there are still much more people playing San Andreas than GTA iv, plus i have all 2 and GTA IV max graphics runs with a solid 90 fps, although GTA San Andreas with ENB series maxed out is 70-75 fps, unbeliavable isnt it? and btw San Andreas with ENB series is much more enjoyable in my opinion :D

Everybody overdoes with ENB, too much bloom or reflections, but I swear at start I thought this was GTA IV. Noticed it is SA after seeing the Chainsaw (IV doesn't have it) at 0:17.

Are the textures modded? Never saw the road having light reflections and also they seems to be in higher resolution...

Seriously, new textures and models for the cars and characters in SA (without changing them actually, with few exceptions for the cars) with ENB would revive an already popular game!

I've been looking at ENB videos all day. This is one of the best I've seen...

It's still nothing close to GTA IV... San Andreas does a horrible job of rendering the floor 30 feet in front of you, but at least now, it's a close comparison :D

You fixed the overdone glare problem that happens with mod graphics mods. For a moment I mistaken it for gta 4 but being how I beat san andreas,that misconception soon faded. You should do one for GTA vice city,except leave out niko if you would please. Otherwise a wonderful mod!

the upside down reflections are just how enbseries works, if u dont like it dont download it,

and the water transparency is editable in the settings.
