why are there no cow pylons on your race tracks where the race track splits into two lanes for a bit? for me there's always pylons there.

i am sooo bad at this level, first time i played it i started on the roof and rolled straight into the cone. AAARRRGGGHHH!! they should give clearer instructions for some of the levels i reckon.

I can't get the cowbear where you did. I think it's on the Europe release, where they added cow cones on that black and white triangular part near the pit stop.

that was awesome! I actually hit the cow bear onec and i dashed for him and i got a DAIRY COW! Ugh i was so freaked that i will catch the cowbear if it's the last thing I do!

To this date (8-14-2008) I have not catched the cow bear but I will sonn!

This level is kinda contradictory to The King. If The King is omniscient, then wouldn't he know that rolling up a guy in a cow suit or a cone with polka dots means that its NOT a cow or a bear? Anyways, after you play this level a bit it gets easier.
