please take into consideration, mr.playd, that the "scientific method" is flawed in that it can only reach a conclusion if all variables are controlled. with the crystal skulls, there is an unknown variable. look into hewlett-packard's examination of the mitchell-hedges skull. as I recall the general conclusion was one of exasperation, and a claim that "this skull shouldn't even exist!" unfortunateley I can't vouch for this particular skull
