I completely agree. I've been a fan of both forms of racing since I was a small child. I do feel that Formula 1 takes more skill than any other form of racing but by no stretch of the imagination do I feel Nascar is easy. It takes TONS of talent to compete in either and I respect the drivers in both series. I feel people are just closed minded and don't stop and think.

You can't compare f1 and NASCAR. They are both forms of motorsports yet very different from each other. If you don't like f1, fine. If you don't like NASCAR fine. Personally I lean more towards F1 and indycar more than NASCAR but I still like it.

@madman725 F1 is almost a different sport since they race on genuine circuits, it appeals to different people. You've brought up reasons why you cant watch and for myself I cant watch cars going around an oval for more than 10 laps . With formula 1 I learn new things all the time and not the same old "the cars loose or tight" with nascar. the racing's great in formula 1 and you can't honestly say that nascar doesn't get spread out at most tracks too, give me a break.

Nascar for the same reasons you do, except when people hit others to crash em on purpose, and I like F1 cause it isn't just oval racing and lightning quick(seen Hockenheim live and DAMN they were fast! :)). F1 has less battles in some years and alot in other years but its almost always superfast and very unpredictable as the cars can malfunction more than in Nascar where engine break down alot less as they are less extreme.

Since then it's been the most predictable form of racing in the whole world... and all the tracks have gotten so watered down with their over-sized runoff areas if you go off track now a days in F1 you have a good chance of not hitting anything. @adikf1nascar Renault and Mercedes which I believe are the teams added in there to make it 10 cars do score good points and podium finishes. However I think they both have a bit of work to do before they can legitimately contend with the likes of Hamilton, Vettel, Alonso,etc.
