    -OLIT54

  • Benchmade LFK= LARGE FUCKING KNIFE

  • 2:31 that's what she said:) and i really want this knife its a shame they don't make them anymore-_-

  • @xxISHOWTiiMExx it is made... just in that Harley-Davidson line

  • @Forrestman69 why thank you good sir. my brother uses my account too and he isn't so well with his words so i get a lot of bad replies, it is nice to see a good one:) you sir are a kind man.

  • hunters dream knife

  • And also, the piece of the handle collapses because in some countrie's your knife can't be to long when its opened.

  • a hole lot to hold on to ! that what she said :)

  • @Manaass he also said im not gunna beat on it real hard hahahahaha twss

  • @devinwalker47 haha haha

  • Lol you could probably baton with that

  • Ive been looking for an edc knife for a while. my take was the bigger the better. Id say this and the col steel espada large or spartan. As far as left handed pulling towards you to close, if you use your index finger to push and thumb to close that should feel a little better.

  • have anyone used this enough to say how the lock holds?

  • i literally just cut my thumb with this knife while i was watching you

  • too bad its illegal to carry in every state

  • do you know where i can get one of these now?

  • awesome! are they still made!??! if so how much!?!?!?!?!

  • i thought lfk sanded for large fucking knife

  • price?

  • @TheTobyKing was $65, but no longer made...

  • @cutlerylover do you have any idea where I can get one?

  • @cutlerylover Jeff! On Benchmades homepage the 10100 LFK and 13220 is still in production. Look for yourself.

  • @pillemannen the site shows it discontinued

  • @cutlerylover Benchmade dose still make this knife. It is sold under the Harley Davison line now.

  • @DTBroad yes and other red class knives are also under the HK line but its not this exact knife, its rhe harley version

  • @cutlerylover I just fell in love with this knife! I am sad that it is discontinued though but I went over to google shopping and ebay and i managed to find one which i will buy. Thanks for another great review of a great product :)

  • @TheTobyKing You can get the Harley Davidson version of it for 75.00

  • @TheTobyKing actually u can still find them but on benchmade website it is 100 but u can find it for a bout 80

  • LFK: Large Fucking Knife.

  • u and nutnfancy should go shooting that vid would be epic!

  • I would like to have that knife.

  • i swear to god i was about to put the very same thing sir under me. haha

  • LFK=large folding knife more like

    LFK=large FUCKING KNIFE

  • @Eddythebandkid more like LFK: looking for KILLS!!!!!

  • Man, that handle IS very wide. Voyager X2 it is! I already have a Voyager Tanto XL and Rajah II btw.

  • coolest knife EVAR.

  • hi i just got my self a buck folding omni hunterthe large version i picked it up at dicks sporting goods for 30 dollars just wondering if you could check it out to see if its a good knife i thinkk its a good knife it is pretty large also not like the lfk or voyanger x2 but desent size

  • I'd love to see someone use this as an EDC

  • @Hitari0

I am actually thinking about it... as long as it is a folder that fits in teh pocket, it is legal to carry in MD.

  • Would this work as a self defense knife?

  • well its size is great for self defense, but I dont know if I woudl trust a linerlock in this case...so I woudl say probabnly not, you cna get the voyager Z2 from cold steel which has a strongewr lock...IF you wanted it for self defense...

  • The Voyager is a nice knife.. unfortunately.. the legal carry limit in Texas is 5.5" and the I believe the Voyager has a 6" blade making it illigal, at least in Texas.

  • the vpoyager series comes in 6", 5", 4", and 3" blade lengths, the X2 is 6" but thew Voyager Xl is 5"...hehe perfect for Texas Carry!

  • @cutlerylover Yay I live in Texas thanks for the good news

  • @cutlerylover i agree about using the x2 for self defence, becasue of its size and weight... it give u a large blade with a light handel.. but the lockup isnt the best, maybe its just mine.. but i never really cut anything more intence then plastic packaging. was a little dissappointed.

  • that's a very lovely piece, ingenius design

I would love to see a fixed blade that looks exactly the same as that when opened

  • nice knive. i'm a nutnfancy fan here

  • I wonder how strong that lever is. If you're gripping the knife then it might help the liner lock hold the blade in the locked position, or at least prevent it crom closing on your fingers if the liner lock fails. Just a thought.

  • huh...i never thought of that.

  • how much $?

  • About $70-90.

  • nice knife

  • I liked my LFK until I tried some really light batoning (I purposely did light batoning because it is a folding knife). But the lock failed very easily, I would expect a folding knife lock to fail when batoning it but this was way to easy to have fail. Plus the thumb studs broke off. Its a cool knife but it doesn't do well with hard use.

  • I just got my LFK in the mail. It's sweet. Rock solid lock-up on the blade, easy open without it being TOO easy. Flow-through construction for mud, blood, and crud. I give it a 9 out of 10, and I only hold back the 1 point because I don't like how the end of the knife sticks out of my pocket with the clip.

Reply | Spam if u carry a knife in scotland and the police catch you you get an automatic sentance of 4 years imprisonment

In that case, you might as well carry the biggest honkin` knife possible....the sentence is the same as for a butterknife :-)

  • As a left handed person I can say that us lefties can and usually do get use to working a linner lock. It takes some work but is possible to learn how to do it smoothly. Have you resharpened this knife yet? And, how does the edge hold up?

  • i really want to get one of those

  • i would give my middle nut for that knife

  • this is a really pointless design. who cares how long the handle is when you have to actually use the knife?

  • this design serves a good purpose, its a large blade ina compact folding design...not everyoen can openly carrya fixed blade but may have a need for a much lager blade than most folders offer...

  • the blue piece sucks

  • this knife can be found for around $70

  • fuck yaaaaaaaaaa

  • i want one

  • We lefties are very accustomed to using "right-handed" linerlocks

  • is there any way this is gonna deploy faster than you are showing? i guess not...

  • How much whas this knife?

  • i have a friend who's left handed and likes to pull the liner lock so he only buys "right handed" knives

  • Hey cutlerylover, nice review thanks much, you said the knife handle is aluminum, is the "guard" that extends to protect the end of the blade also aluminum or is that some form of plastic/kydex?

    Thanks

  • Ok I found out the blade protector appears to be Zytel.

  • nutnfancy does do some GREAT reviews. you and him should both do videos toghether. They would be the best

  • sometimes we chat together here on youtube, we live so far from eachother which stinks, it woudl be sweet if we did a vid or 2 together though...

  • i agree with redsox, you and nutnfancy got the best Knife stuff on youtube, and i really dig the balisong tutorials.

  • how much dose it cost?

  • @ $50...

  • That's a great deal! Mine was $100 brand new (technically, I'd say it still is since I haven't really had to use it yet). I consider even $100 a bargain because someone I know had to buy a much smaller blade from Benchmade for $100. Do you know of some good sites where I can get that kind of a bargain?

  • the lfk = large fucking knife^.^

  • does it feel cheap? it looks like it would be

  • nope, i just got one and it is a great knife. it does not feel cheap at all

  • thanks alot!

  • a lot is two words

  • If you want to be a gay english teacher, the a in a lot should be capitalized, and there should be a period at the end of the sentence. Thank you so much mrs. english teacher!

  • you for got to capitalize Mrs. English teacher fool :]

  • ._.

  • dood every comment you write it about complaining

just becuz your life sucks ass

doesnt mean you can take it out on us.

and the way you try to dis me

is pathetic and lame and this kind of dis i would expect from a 5th grader

  • i never dissed you on this video!

  • you tried and you failed

  • until i get an F on writing comments on videos, i think i'll write em how i want, and the same goes for anyone else. thank ya very much "sir"

  • and youre such a loser for critisizing people on YOUTUBE!!!!

  • lol you are the loser

    for picking conflicts online

i guess this is the only human interaction you get

    how sad =[

  • whats sad is how youre not being "mature" about this, and you continue to argue just like everyone else! go back to first grade and learn not to pick yer nose, yer keyboard is covered with snot. go away fruit fly.

  • ive been talking to you through PM's and such, and i started looking around at some of your recommendations, but do you think this would be a good EDC for a firefighter?

  • no. I would get a knife that is not Chinese.

  • that knife looks awesome!

  • lol when im looking 4 new knives i always look at you're reviews and those of nutnfancy , nutnfancy reccomended the kobun tanto from cold steel and i love it :)

  • yes I enjoy his reviews as well! I also like tacticalknives as well as coletrane811...

  • Hey Jeff,

    That's a HUGE knife! :D

    Great review!

    5 STARS

  • Thank you!

  • HEY I'm a lefty! it is kinda weird but not too bad with linner locks. That looks like a folding hunting knife. :)

  • Although there are some knives meant for lefties I am glad Im righty, it is definatly favored amoing the knife industry...many more righty friednly knives than lefty...

  • yeah, that is one reason I like ambidextious knives a lot. :)

  • Could you maybe lay a ruler on the table as a background for your future videos? Nice to get a scale of how big the knives are.

    Thanks.

  • Sporry I sometiems do use a ruiler to measure it for people but I have not in soem reviews...Specs can always be found over the the makers websites in this case benchmades websitehas all the info you woudl ever want to know...

  • that pretty cool

  • amazing great and beautiful knife O.O

  • Thanks!

  • im a rightie and im pretty good with all my linerlocks lefty ive looked at it but its too big for me LOL

  • lol...yeahs its an awkward feelign for me to use any knife lefty...

  • to each hits own im kinda ambidextrous i trained myself for in an emergency situation

  • thats good...I can use a knif elefty just not as easily as righty...

  • same i can but it is unweildy

  • very nice! i wanted to get one but its 50 50 with it being red class, but its still a benchmade. but speaking of ambidextrous, that mel pardue axis auto was a GENIUS idea!! works for both left and right hands!

  • the liners should be thicker :( i wouldn't trust them ...

  • its actually a pretty streong lockup, but also remember this is still a red class knife, made overseas to eb cheap...not that it should fail on your because its cheap, Im just poiting out they cut a few corners to make the nkves more affordable...but so far so good with this linerlock, no problems...

  • Benchmade Large fucking knife :D

  • Please dont use foul lnaguage for comments on ym videos, I know you didn't know, but I have some younger videos, so I would appreciate it, thanks!

  • its good that you take the younger views into consideration good job mate like your vids

  • Thank you!

  • now you gain respect in my book for a whole new reason. thats a rare thing to hear now adays, thats awesome. and the knife too.

  • well i guess that's the only thing that LFK could stand for

  • yup, haha...

  • its like the BFG on doom

  • your right it does...

  • thats such a nise knife

  • Yeah its defimatly interesting!

  • Great vid, but the liner lock looks weak. Maybe its just because of how large the blade it in comparison to the lock.

  • The linerlock is the same as nay other BM model I think so yeah even though its strong beign that this has a much bigger blade it might not be the best for heavy use...

  • how much is the knife? i really want one!!!

  • $62.50 at newgraham plus shipping....they also have a version with a bvlack coated blade, same price....

  • very nice and i thought if a knife in your over 4 inches is consideered a concealed weapon and is illegal

  • depends on yoru state, but no blade legnth is considered concealed, thats just how you carry it...

  • soem staes consider a folder clipped to your pokcet open carry, other states consider it concealed so you REALLY have to chekc lut local laws, but for my state, PA, there is no blade length limit you cna carry a 10" blade if you want, but you need to explain to an officer if he stops you as to WHY you need such a large knife if the reasoning is good like hunting, camping or whatever your fine, but there is no reason to have a short sword on you when you go gorcery shopping, lol...

  • woow cool knife and nice review

  • Thanks!

  • the LFK seems awesome...knives with this sort of technology always catch my eye...the mechanism that covers the blade's edge past the handle is especially interesting...I'll be an engineering major in the fall and so I guess it's natural for me to be fascinated by stuff like this...and, as always...great vid man...

  • Thanks! Yeah this one is a great but simple design, which I think is important...

  • might buy one for use around sheeple. lol if your going to scare might aswell scare em good.nah seriously though this looks really nice. handle seems very comfortable and i like the folding guard thing. how much do they go for?

  • ahhaa, well these are still actually in Bemnchmades red class and they sell for @ $60 if my memory is correct...

  • hey $60 isn't to bad, might have a closer look around, thanks for the vid and reply.

  • No problem...

  • You sure LFK doesn't stand for Large Fucking Knife?

  • That's What I thought! HAHA

  • Wow, I really wish I needed to use a gigantic knife now.

  • lol...

  • Very interesting design. I like it.

  • me too, lol...

  • No spine wack test? :(

  • lol I forgot...I dont normally do that test...But perhaps Il have to try it with this one...

  • That is ONE LARGE FOLDING KNIFE! Nice review.

  • Yes it is, lol....

  • boaring.....

if its hard to use then go back to the little ones.

  • Actually this one is not hard to use at all, I can even flick the blade open as I do with small folders...

  • i love this knife.. although its way too big for me, i'm more of a small knife kinda guy haha.. looks great tho.

  • Do you have any of the cool old Italian Stilettos?

  • Sorry not currently, I did but that was years ago, sorry...

  • rofl!!! u need to go up to some1 playing with their knife and be like " thats not a knife" and then flip urs out and be like " this is a knife"

  • lol thats my favorite knife related quote ever, haha, yeah Mr dundee woudl be proud of me, lol...

  • you're pumping out videos like a madman!!!

  • lolI know, I want to slow it downa bit to amke it last but everyione sso anxious to see more, ahahhahah...

  • they arnt real reviews just things to watch.if they were reviews then you would see practical application.not just reading from a script

  • Nah, he doesn't have to provide a demonstration in order for it to be sonsidered a "real review." If it was just him cutting a piece of wood or something with no sound or talking, that wouldn't be a review either, just a demo...

These vids (reviews) are helpful to people who actually want to research a product or design before they make a purchase...

  • Based on your initial impression, would this be an acceptable camp knife? Or would the pocket bushman be a better choice.

  • inital impression the bushman only because of the lock type...the LFK is 100% more comfy to use and I like it alot more as well but for camp tasks I wouldn't trust the linerlock...thats just me...

  • Nice review.

  • Thank you!

  • HEY ANOTHER GOOD REVIEW THANKS

  • No thank YOU for watching, hahaha...

  • wow thats a cool knife

  • wow, you're pumping out these vids like crazy.

    Another great review, though

  • man, you must be having a field day with all those awesome new knives!

  • OH YEAH, I did, lol...well I still am, hahaha
