first off, port talbot is a big spot for fishing so if you are surfing please give the fishermen a bit of space because if you get on the wrong side of them they will cast 8oz of lead at you, believe me i have seen it done by them. and as for the dredging, they are only doing it because it is blocking the shipping lanes for the steel works and swansea dock. if they stopped it we would have the same problem as burry port where the boats are un able to leave the marina due to the sand build up.
